heroal presents new developments around the heroal W 72 and W 77 window systems at the Fensterbau Frontale
With new solutions for processing, design and application, heroal is expanding its range of aluminum window systems. At the Fensterbau Frontale, the system house presents, among other things, the modular accessory system heroal plus, a window door with flat floor sill, and new flush frame profiles and optimized corner connections for sash profiles. In addition, the window systems heroal W 72 and W 77 open up new possibilities in the area of facade applications, for example for stairwells.
At the Fensterbau Frontale, heroal is presenting extensions to its range of aluminum window systems. The focus is on practical further developments for processors: new accessory solutions, optimized processing steps and additional application possibilities of the systems. With this, heroal offers both existing trade partners and companies wishing to expand their product range flexible solutions for a variety of building requirements.
With one of its further developments, heroal shows how versatile the window systems heroal W 72 and W 77 can be used. In addition to classic window elements, the systems now also enable fast, simple and safe realization of façade applications, e.g. for staircases.
Load-bearing connection profiles are used so that the elements can be easily stacked. Thanks to a tight profile connection, no additional sealing work is required. Concrete application possibilities are determined from the type calculation.
This gives window installers in particular, who do not process post-rail curtain wall systems, the opportunity to realize facade solutions quickly, easily and securely and to expand their range of services without the need for an additional system platform.
With heroal plus, heroal introduces a comprehensive accessory system for the window systems heroal W 72 and heroal W 77. This modular total package covers all relevant areas of expertise, facilitates the realization of high-quality total solutions and ensures efficient processes in planning, production and installation.
The system consists of the screen heroal VS Z, the fall protection heroal FPS, the insect guard heroal IS and the drip sill heroal WS. All components are perfectly matched and can be integrated into the window system individually, in different combinations or also retrospectively.
Fall protection and insect protection can be seamlessly integrated into the heroal VS Z sun protection system. With wind load class 6 and maximum dimensions of 3,000 x 3,000 mm, the system meets high requirements in terms of stability and weather resistance. Due to the slim appearance width of only 34 mm with the box-deep guide rail or 48 mm including fall protection, heroal plus also convinces with a subtle look. Aluminum profiles in the same color and surface and invisible screw connections ensure a high-quality overall appearance.
For particularly efficient processing, all system components are delivered perfectly sized, while clickable profiles facilitate assembly. Processors can also use the heroal cabinet system 125 mm 90° and have the option of purchasing heroal plus as a system product or as a ready-made element heroal Ready.
For more comfort and barrier freedom, heroal expands its window system with the heroal W 72 UD window door with flat floor threshold. This single swing door allows virtually barrier-free access to the outside and significantly reduces tripping hazards.
Two magnetic profiles integrated into the frame ensure reliable sealing, with the profiles automatically rising when closing. At the same time, all the technical and aesthetic advantages of the heroal W 72 system are retained, making the solution ideal for demanding projects.
New flush frame profiles expand the design possibilities of the heroal W 72 and heroal W 77 window systems. They create a clean look, both inside and outside, and provide a particularly clear and high-quality appearance.
The profiles can be combined with all sash profiles and provide a uniform, modern appearance for both single elements and double-glazed windows. In combination with concealed hardware, a particularly clean look is also created on the inside. At the same time, the processing remains familiar to the processor: the working methods and accessories correspond to the processes for standard 70mm frames.
To further optimize production processes, heroal has optimized the corner connection of sash profiles for the heroal W 72 and heroal W 77 window systems. The new injection-molded corner brackets enable identical machining of horizontal and vertical sash profiles, significantly simplifying production.
Bevelled run-in edges on the components, retrofittable stabilization angles and a spreading function during pressing or nailing simplify the joining and alignment of the wings. An integrated feedback function additionally supports safe processing during gluing. The new stabilization corners are equipped with knurled screws and nuts, which actively contract the mitre. Overall, the joining process is shortened by up to 35 percent, while up to 20 percent adhesive can be saved.
The central performance characteristics of the heroal window systems have also been improved. For example, the sound insulation value of the heroal W 77 system was increased to 49 dB, making even the standard version the highest value on the market.
Processors also benefit from additional application possibilities with the heroal W 72 system: the heroal frame anchor has been successfully RC2-tested. This involves a comprehensive security concept that also includes the masonry in the test and not just the system itself. This enables a particularly reliable burglar-proof design.
With these developments, heroal demonstrates at the Fensterbau Frontale how aluminum window systems can be flexibly adapted to a variety of requirements - from efficient production and architecturally demanding solutions to new areas of application such as stairwell facades.
