Schüco Livlng Accent is an innovative plastic window system that combines design, performance and ease of processing. As an extension of the Schüco Livlng platform, the stop-and-go system allows the typical Dutch wood window look to be accurately imitated. In practice, the system from the Schüco Livlng series convinces thanks to simple, efficient and flexible production and installation.
The system not only convinces aesthetically, but also technically. Thanks to the 5-chamber construction, a construction depth of 120 mm and two all-round sealing layers, Schüco Livlng Accent offers excellent thermal insulation. In addition, the high-quality, factory-applied seals provide lasting protection against draughts, cold and moisture and guarantee reliable long-term function.
Within the Schüco Livlng series, the weldable EPDM seal developed together with Semperit represents an important innovation. It combines the elasticity and durability of EPDM with the processability of weldable seals, resulting in a seamless and optimally tight seal, even in corners. The material is UV-resistant and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +120°C, making it suitable for various climates.
The integration of Schüco Livlng Accent into the LivIng system platform enables the use of common components, which reduces ordering costs and minimizes storage. Thanks to uniform drilling and milling settings for frame and sash as well as the use of identical connectors, the production process is simplified and accelerated.
As a 5-chamber profile construction, Schüco Livlng Accent achieves excellent Uf values (up to 1.1 W/(m2K)) with a construction depth of 120 mm. In this way, energy-efficient houses can be built even without complicated additional measures.
The construction is also designed for high stability and safety. Optimized reinforcement chambers and an enlarged main chamber meet the highest static requirements. Windows and doors can be designed up to resistance class SKG 2. In addition, installation of triple glazing up to 52 mm is possible, which contributes to energy-efficient building concepts.
The Schüco Livlng Accent basic profile is available with a recycled inner core and in dark gray, which ensures optimal color matching. Combined with a wide range of profiles, the system offers maximum design freedom. Even the corner connection can be executed in a classic wooden window look. There are also extensive options in terms of aesthetics, with more than 160 colors and wood decors.
