New sales manager for the Benelux

Stadur Produktions GmbH & Co. KG has specialized in the production and sale of sandwich elements for more than 30 years. With SKS they offer a sandwich element with a core made of extruded polystyrene foam, produced and supplied without a top layer. The panel is self-adhesive on one or both sides, allowing the customer to easily apply almost any decor of his choice. Stadur is also investing in product and customer support, because with Tyson Ender there is also a new sales manager construction for the Benelux.

New sales manager

Stadur continues to invest in product, people and facilities. To continue to ensure high quality, increase capacity and address the shortage of technically skilled labor, new machinery was installed and automation was also undertaken where it made sense. Attention was also paid to the issue of sustainability. For example, they installed a total of 1,300 solar panels and generate about 30% of the electricity consumed at the Hammah plant itself. The trimmings from the sandwich panels are pressed into briquettes and sold as a source of energy.

Tyson Ender is the new sales manager Benelux. He is simultaneously deputy general sales manager.

The internal organization was also further optimized. Tyson Ender was appointed as the new construction sales manager for the Benelux. He is neither new to the industry nor to Stadur. Since his education, he has been active in construction for 10 years. Over the years he has built up extensive knowledge in the field of thermally insulating sandwich elements, window extensions and floor insert profiles.

"I started at Stadur in 2017 as an inside sales representative for customers in the construction industry. 4 years later I got the opportunity to strengthen the field sales with a focus on the German market, but at the same time I remained the internal contact for customers in the Benelux. In 2023 I became deputy sales manager for the construction sector in Germany and from the beginning of this year I am sales manager Benelux as well as deputy general sales manager," Tyson Ender explains his great career. "Stadur is synonymous with its drive for innovation and its unremitting commitment to providing customers with an appropriate solution every time. I am thinking of FrameTec and ProfileTec. However, the product range includes many other products, such as the SKS sandwich element."

Adhesive sandwich element

Stadur offers sandwich panels with a wide variety of finishes, but SKS is an exception. This panel consists of an extruded Polystyrene core without a top layer, but with an adhesive film on one or both sides. Thanks to the very high adhesive strength, one can apply almost all possible decors to the foam.

"This sandwich element is available in different sizes: 2000 x 1000 mm, 3000 x 1000 mm and 3000 x 1500 mm and in thicknesses between 8 and 80 mm. SKS is UV-resistant and absorbs almost no water. These panels are also light, which improves handling. The material can be easily machined and cut to size with a cutting blade or metal tool," explains the sales manager. "Thanks to this easy machining and high thermal insulation, this panel offers users many possibilities for the production of window and door panels, facade elements, parapets and partitions, for the construction of cold rooms and container construction, as well as for applications in the medical and automotive sectors, among others."

'Green' version

Last year, by the way, Stadur also introduced a new version of the proven sandwich elements FrameTec and ProfileTec. In these, the StadurFoam in the core is replaced by recycled PET material. "FrameTec and ProfileTec PET, available in lengths up to 6000 mm, still score well in terms of thermal insulation, flexural strength (> 1.7 Mpa) and maximum load (> 1,000 kg/m), retain excellent pull-out value (> 950 N) and are completely rot-free," concludes Tyson Ender. "However, they are significantly 'greener' and the carbon footprint at production is even lower. In addition, they are more than 60 % lighter as well as more economical than the standard version."
