Deli Home, the leading European manufacturer and distributor of wood-based building materials, doors, cabinets, and other interior applications, announced today its intention to acquire the Spanish company Amargós S.L.U. Amargós is Spain’s largest manufacturer of modular wooden door frames for the residential renovation sector. The proposed acquisition is a significant milestone in Deli Home’s strategy to expand its European presence and will significantly strengthen its position in the Iberian market.
Amargós, founded in 1972, serves more than 400 professional building materials wholesalers and home improvement stores throughout Spain from its 30,000 m² production facility near Valencia and has built an excellent reputation for product quality, innovation, and delivery reliability. From this location, Amargós will continue to operate under its own brand name and with its existing management team.
The acquisition gives Deli Home a strong position in Spain, one of the most attractive home improvement markets in Europe, while Amargós can benefit from Deli Home’s international scale, digital capabilities, and broad portfolio of complementary products.

The transaction is still subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities.
