AXA Titan: versatile powerhouse

With only 3 hinges per door, the new AXA Titan has a load capacity of as much as 180 kg, eliminating the need for 4 hinges and saving at least 25% in time.

This is achieved by the double rolling of the hinge joints that provides higher strength, in both vertical and lateral directions, without increasing the hinge's thickness and simply fits into a standard cut-out for 3 mm hinges. A patented locking system makes a thief's claw a thing of the past, simplifies painting, increases ease of installation and helps extend the door's maintenance interval.

In terms of burglar resistance, the gain is even greater: here only 3 AXA Titan hinges are sufficient to achieve SKG3, resistance class 3 instead of the usual 5 hinges. A time saving of at least 40%.
