Siegenia: experience the smart home of the future

It is a key objective of SIEGENIA to create healthy, comfortable and smart spaces in which people feel at home. At FENSTERBAU 2024, the company will show with which innovative solutions it intends to achieve this.

Visitors can expect a unique experience in Hall 4, Booth 215. As a highlight at the SIEGENIA booth, they can experience live how a smart home makes everyday life easier: the entire building locks automatically when you leave, ensuring safety. When you return, it also opens automatically, while motorized drives and ventilation units bring fresh air into the building. Because this is done as needed, the use of precious energy to heat or cool the building is efficiently controlled. 

Smart window handle 

Locking and unlocking windows intelligently and conveniently: in the smart home, one can see the qualities of the smart window handle. SIEGENIA is currently the only manufacturer with a smart locking window handle solution that is compatible with Matter, the new communication standard for smart home devices. The innovative handle with its elegant appearance combines security, ease of use and design in one solution. Once the handle is unlocked via the app, the window can be operated directly on the sash. Linking the handle with other Matter-enabled products also enables optimum energy efficiency: as soon as a window is opened, the smart thermostat lowers the radiator in the room so that no valuable heat is lost. 

Smart sensor

SIEGENIA's smart sensor is also compatible with Matter. This innovative solution displays the status of windows, French doors and large-area elements in compatible smart home systems. Thanks to its flexible networking with Matter-compatible solutions from other manufacturers, the smart sensor also contributes to greater home comfort. 

Portal

The new solutions for sliding door systems in the PORTAL product group offer healthy, comfortable and smart rooms in which people feel comfortable. The fully concealed DRIVE axxent LS lift-slide drive and the new HS slim SKY axxent for wood and wood-aluminum elements combine efficient processing with spatial comfort. 

Maximum light

The HS slim SKY axxent, which will be available starting in the fall, focuses on a minimalist framework for maximum light penetration into the building. 

Invisible, safe, silent

With a new motorized drive for high-performance residential and commercial construction, SIEGENIA expands the application possibilities for manufacturers, architects and end users. The DRIVE axxent LS has a very compact design and the motors are ideally suited for slim profile systems. 

KFV

In the area of innovative door system solutions, the focus is on the new KFV BS 3700 automatic multipoint locking system, the concealed axxent 750 ALU door hinge and the sensor door handle concept, an operating concept for the door of the future. The completely new BS 3700 automatic multipoint locking system offers maximum added value for processors. With its self-levelling function, this innovative solution with locking elements and swivel hooks provides significant time and cost savings. 

TITAN

SIEGENIA's solutions for window systems focus particularly on the two spatial comfort themes: security and convenience. SIEGENIA presents the innovative TITAN 90° opening restrictor, which complies with the demanding DOEB directive. The test gives manufacturers and end users the assurance of a permanently reliable solution that offers great ease of use for both parties. 

ALU

From window and sliding door hardware to locking systems for entrance doors, SIEGENIA's ALU program covers the full spectrum of possible applications for both architects, manufacturers
as metal workers.

A combination of design and energy efficiency

The ALU axxent PLUS 170 kg hinge side is a further development of the ALU axxent PLUS, which with its narrow profile surface widths supports the clean lines of modern architecture with its concealed appearance, and is also suitable for high sash weights of up to 170 kg. This enables the realization of generous glass surfaces with high light penetration, even with energy-efficient triple glazing or other heavy special glazing.

AERO

The AERO product group focuses on the combination of demand-controlled fresh air supply and energy efficiency. Both the new AEROMAT VT WRG and AEROMAT VT WRG plus facade fans and the new AEROPLUS WRG wall fan offer heat recovery at the highest level - including a discreet appearance and a high level of operating comfort.
