Specialist now also bends special aluminum window frames

First orders have already been delivered

To strengthen your market position and continue to grow as a manufacturing company, you sometimes have to dare to reinvent yourself. At Ventana, they have over 25 years of experience in the production of arched windows, lift-slide doors and folding walls in plastic for delivery to processors. Recently, the specialist decided to add special aluminum frames to the range as well. After a long test phase, the first orders have now been delivered. Today it is impossible to imagine Ventana without aluminum.

Ventana Deutschland GmbH has been supplying special windows in plastic for more than 25 years and now also in aluminum. The range includes arches, round windows, model frames, lift-and-slide doors, folding walls and door frames. The world leader in special elements today has about 270 employees at its headquarters in Vreden, but also has production facilities in Poland and America and sales offices in Italy, France and the Netherlands. 

"We are not a competitor of the frame manufacturer, but simply an extension for his production. After all, we make what he can't or won't make. He comes to us when he doesn't have time to make the special shapes or because he doesn't have the knowledge in-house. We coordinate everything in advance down to the smallest details with the customer. We process profiles from all the major suppliers and deliver them without labels, making it seem as if the manufacturer has produced everything itself," Marco van Veen says. 

"We produce arched frames and round windows, as well as more complicated elements. In some cases we make only an arch, for other orders complete frames. We deliver only to processors, a vision we have remained true to since our founding. Ventana has meanwhile built up a strong reputation when it comes to plastic elements. The experience with plastic helped form the basis for expanding the range to include aluminum systems in response to various market demands."

Aluminum bending

Bending aluminum requires a different process than machining plastic. Thanks to know-how and many years of experience, Ventana Deutschland also manages to successfully machine elements made of aluminum. 

"After a long testing phase, the first orders have already been fulfilled and delivered. Of course, some things still need to be fine-tuned and experience in this area will only increase over the years. However, I am convinced that today we can already offer an answer to many questions from window manufacturers. In the meantime, it is impossible to imagine Ventana without aluminum," Marco van Veen continues. "Our customers can always count on high-quality, precisely produced arcs or complete elements as well as reliable delivery times. Each project starts with basic information from the customer, after which we make clear drawings, which can also be sent to the frame manufacturer in DXF format. After approval of this design, the production process is initiated to finally deliver a finished product made to measure. Thanks to a team of expert employees and up-to-date machinery, we can respond flexibly to all possible requests."
