Show your identity with a custom front door

The front door is the business card of every home. Not only the style, size and color of the door, but also the choice of glass and fittings largely determine the appearance and atmosphere of a home. Customization is therefore desirable, which Weekamp Deuren provides as much as possible.

Different durability classes

Weekamp Deuren has been the specialist in wooden interior and exterior doors for more than 40 years. "For front doors, buyers have a choice of wood of different durability and hardness grades," Van Putten said. "Both our Hardwood^® as Premium Hardwood^® doors are manufactured from FSC-certified hardwood, sourced from sustainably managed forests. The doors meet the highest quality and performance requirements, are KOMO certified and available with GND warranty." 

The higher the hardness, the more limited the shrinkage and swelling behavior, he says. "This prevents jamming of the door.
In addition, this minimal shrinkage and set does not affect the paint finish, saving a great deal on maintenance and allowing residents to enjoy their beautiful door for as long as possible."

Wide range of colors

All front doors are supplied primed as standard, but it is also possible to paint the doors in a color of your choice. "In our factory we very recently started using a fully automatic sanding and finishing line, in which we finish our doors fully automatically and in a fully controlled way. This guarantees an even higher and more stable paint quality," said Van Putten. "For now, four shades of white can be applied in the lacquering line. Black will be added very soon. Other RAL colors are applied by our professional sprayers in the hand spray booth."

Safe and pleasant to use

Regardless of whether architects and residents choose a contemporary, modern, timeless, classic, 1930s or country style, Weekamp Deuren supplies appropriate hardware for every front door. "Our hardware range focuses emphatically on convenience, comfort and a stylish appearance. But also on security," says Van Putten. "High burglar resistance classes up to SKG*** are no problem at all."

Extensive glass options

Weekamp Deuren also offers numerous options when it comes to glass. For example, it is possible to fit the front doors with frosted glass, clear glass, safety glass and stained glass, possibly in combination with cast iron grilles. And also divisible doors (farm doors) in which the upper part of the door can be opened separately are possible. Also in combination with glass. 

"Our range has 162 basic models, in different style groups," Van Putten emphasizes. "But we also produce specials. This means, for example, that we can reproduce worn monumental doors exactly, but with a modern quality. Ultra-tight doors and special shapes or sizes are also part of our capabilities. Not only residents, but also architects are very fond of this."

Project-based service

Besides the customization possibilities, Weekamp Deuren's project-based service is also appreciated by the market. In renovation projects, among others, the Weekamp Assembly Team supports project developers, contractor parties and carpentry factories by putting together front doors completely in accordance with customer wishes. But also by carefully measuring and assembling the doors on site, Van Putten says. "All front doors are provided by us with a clear location number, so our assembly teams know exactly where which door is to be mounted."
