heroal S 65 is a modern aluminum sliding door system for high-end private residential and commercial construction. It allows a wide passage between living space and outdoor area, as the sash can be slid sideways. The sliding door system heroal S 65 offers outstanding advantages for a particularly efficient and reliable production and fulfills all requirements that a thermally highly insulated and technically perfected sliding door should meet. The two-track sliding door system is distinguished by its innovative construction: a new type of insulation profile is used in the sash profiles to best prevent deformation.
The excellent static properties of the insulation profiles specially adapted to the sliding door system allow the use of large sashes, while still providing optimal protection against bending due to temperature differences (bimetal effect).
A special focus in the development of the system was production optimization to save time and simplify processes.
Thus, the production of the wing profiles for the first time also takes into account the also newly developed labyrinth profiles. This shortens the processing time, as these profiles do not have to be assembled separately during sash production. The labyrinth profile also allows for a very narrow center post of only 62 mm face width, even though all four corners of the sash are simply mitred in one work step. Cutting into the thermal break is also not necessary, since the new insulation profiles enable effective minimization of the bimetal effect even without this operation. Furthermore, the system consists of a limited number of components, which keeps complexity down. This guarantees more efficient and reliable processing of the system.
As with its processing advantages, heroal S 65 also impresses with its cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness, making the system an interesting solution for architects, planners and private builders in high-end residential and economic utility construction. Individual design through coating with the highly weather-resistant heroal hwr powder coating that can be made in almost all RAL colors, the shades of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier or surface finish heroal SD, completes the system.
