MB-Harmony Office - new interior wall system from Aluprof with exceptional parameters

Aluprof's wide range of aluminum systems has been enriched by a new product family. The manufacturer, appreciated in Europe and the rest of the world for its innovative solutions, introduces MB-Harmony Office - systems for the construction of interior glass walls in office spaces. High acoustic insulation parameters, lightness and durability of construction and easy assembly are distinctive features of this product.

The system MB-Harmony Office is easy to prefabricate and quick to install, making it ideally suited for building single- and double-glazed interior glass walls. Both products look the same, allowing you to install them in the same room of your property. In this way you achieve - in addition to excellent parameters - a consistent aesthetic finish, giving the interior a sense of order and harmony to its users.

Modern design of lightweight construction and excellent parameters

The basic variant of the new system is MB-Harmony, which serves for building single-glass interior glass walls in office spaces. It is even suitable for interiors with increased acoustic requirements (Rw max 39 dB / RA₁ max 38 dB). Complementing this solution is MB-Harmony DUO, in which an additional glazing layer is used. This double-glazed interior wall offers even better sound insulation (Rw max 48 dB / RA₁ max 46 dB), guaranteeing MB-Harmony DUO excellent sound attenuation and comfort in places with high demands on sound levels, especially where the safety of conversations being held is of paramount importance. The structure of the systems allows combinations with laminated glass, laminated glass in the acoustic version and tempered glass in the thickness range of 10 to 12 mm.

Easy assembly, durable in use

The idea behind MB-Harmony Office was to develop solutions that are easy to prefabricate and quick to install. The entire system is based on just a few basic elements, and the number of fittings and accessories has also been kept to a minimum. The symmetrical geometry of the profiles makes it easier to plot assembly lines and the measurement of the installation space is based on only a few points. It is also commendable that you can prepare the material directly on site and do most of the work with a portable saw and a screwdriver without the need for complicated machining.

The system is exceptionally stable and durable with an exceptionally light profile construction that you can mount directly on the substrate. Their height is only 31 mm. MB-Harmony Office also features an intuitive glazing system with new, modular glass pads, a universal frame that fits all door types, special fittings from leading European manufacturers and a patented counter plate that allows precise positioning of the hinges. A novelty for the Aluprof system is the use of glass seals that are placed in the profile before installation and not only after the glass has been installed as was the case until now. The distinctive construction of the profiles eliminates the need to apply acrylic finishing joints after the wall is installed. The glazing height of both products is 3200-3600 mm, depending on the glass type. Possible finishing options of the profiles are: anodized, RAL colors and ADEC wood and concrete colors.

Both the excellent acoustic parameters and the stability and reliability of the structures in the MB-Harmony Office system have been confirmed by reliable tests conducted at the research laboratory of the Center for Shipbuilding Engineering in Gdańsk and the Institute of Construction Engineering in Warsaw.
