Aluprof is one of Europe's largest manufacturers of architectural aluminum systems and products for both the commercial and residential construction sectors. Its extensive product portfolio includes doors, window and facade systems, curtain walls, roller shutters, sun protection systems, and garage doors.

We currently have a fully automated powder coating system with a high production capacity, equipped with a Nordson powder spray booth.

Thanks to the modern sandwich-type spray booth and the advanced powder feed and recovery system, paint is used extremely efficiently and color changes can be carried out quickly. Switching to a different color takes about 15 minutes.

The entire coating process is computer-controlled. This ensures consistent and reproducible coating parameters, including precise film thickness. The effective quality control of the coating process is confirmed by the Qualicoat certification.

Thanks to the expansion and modernization of our coating line, we are currently able to powder coat up to 100,000 m² per month.

We can apply all types of powder coatings across the entire RAL and NCS color palettes. In addition, we offer a variety of special finishes, such as fine or coarse textured coatings, metallic effects, and various gloss levels.

Our facility allows us to paint components with the following maximum dimensions:

• Length: up to 7,200 mm
• Width: up to 500 mm
• Height: up to 1,400 mm

Thanks to an additional manual coating line, we can flexibly tailor our offerings to our customers’ specific needs, depending on the size of the order and the desired delivery time.
