After presenting several groundbreaking innovations at Fensterbau Frontale 2026, REHAU Window Solutions is happily continuing to launch new products—solutions that enable window specialists to make a real difference in their day-to-day work and give their business a solid boost. Koen Schepens, sales manager for Window Solutions Benelux, reviews the latest innovations in no particular order.
It was already clear during the trade show: the ARTEVO window system, made of PVC, is increasingly evolving into a fully-fledged system solution. The recent introduction of a new lift-and-slide and front door application further reinforces that distinction. “While the ARTEVO lift-and-slide door complements the portfolio with a robust and durable solution for demanding sliding applications, the front door of the same name—as part of the modular system—ensures even faster production,” says Schepens. “With these new products, we are therefore moving ever closer to a fully-fledged premium system platform. Moreover, they ensure that the synergy between the ARTEVO and SYNEGO lift-and-slide door systems continues to grow stronger.”

The EASYSTEP80LS threshold, which is also new and can be used with both systems, plays a major role in this. Because the threshold, system, and connecting profiles all come from the same manufacturer (i.e., REHAU), they are technically optimized for use with one another. Interfaces are minimized, and the use of the high-tech material RAU-FIPRO X ensures high stability (without additional reinforcements) and reduced weight. Pre-assembled components, a classic through-bolt connection from below, and optimization for the REHAU connection flange also significantly increase installation efficiency.
REHAU doesn’t just make a difference through top-notch product quality. The bar is set at the highest level during the production process itself—in terms of simplicity, precision, and efficiency. The foundation for this is laid by the window design software Fabricate. “Through REHAU Window.ID, we assign a unique digital identity to every window element during production,” says Schepens, explaining the software’s added value. “This approach uses original production data, prevents duplicate data maintenance, and creates DPP-compliant documentation throughout the entire lifecycle.” As a result, REHAU Window.ID already offers a solution for future legal requirements. The recently launched rack management system, Rack.ID, further enhances transparency between production, logistics, and assembly. “It eliminates manual work and reduces the risk of errors,” says Schepens.

Every profile manufactured by REHAU can be given a protective and distinctive finish through foil printing, wet painting, or aluminum cladding. It appears that the range has recently been expanded to include digital printing—a process that ensures customers receive a durable, high-quality product and optimal flexibility in design and decor. “By using inorganic inks and UV varnish during the industrial digital printing process, we achieve a weather-resistant, high-resolution finish that excels in color fastness and variety,” says Schepens. “We offer a wide variety of colors and decors, gloss levels, and even tactile textures, such as lifelike wood surfaces. Through the efficient use of raw materials, we simultaneously prioritize sustainability throughout the production process—the common thread woven into all our innovations.”
