At FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026, heroal will present its complete portfolio of aluminum system solutions for the building envelope. In hall 7A, booth 317, the manufacturer will show applications for windows, doors, facades, shutters and blinds. The focus is on flexibility, design freedom and efficient workshop processing.
Heroal's exhibition participation focuses on current themes in the industry, such as sustainable construction, comfort, safety and process optimization. The systems are developed for a variety of applications in residential and commercial construction.
Heroal's window, door and curtain wall systems are developed and manufactured in Germany. Aluminum forms the basis here because of its long service life and good recyclability. The systems are available with durable surfaces and a wide selection of colors and finishes, including the heroal hwr powder coating.
For processors, the portfolio offers room to take on projects with different requirements, for example within tenders. Heroal also supports digital work processes by integrating its system solutions with software such as Klaes, Picos and Logikal. This should simplify planning, ordering and execution.
During the trade fair, heroal will demonstrate the processing of its systems in a special workshop area. The focus here will be on Easy Mount Technology (EM). This mounting method is used, for example, in the clampable awning heroal VS Z EM and the door system heroal D 72 PF EM.
According to heroal, the optimized construction ensures that fewer work steps are required and material is used more efficiently. Turnaround time in the workshop can therefore be reduced by up to 20%. The door system also offers various design and equipment options tailored to the home door market.
Also new is heroal plus, an accessory package for the window systems heroal W 72 and heroal W 77. At the fair, this will be shown as heroal W 77 plus.
The package is modular and combines multiple functions, such as a screen fabric, fall protection, integrated screen and drip sill. The components can be ordered separately, used in different combinations or added later. Heroal thus meets the need for flexible solutions within the building envelope.
Using a stairwell facade as an example, heroal shows how the heroal W 72 window system can also be used in facade applications. The system enables large elements with a relatively low overall weight. It also offers scope for customization, special shapes and variations in facade design.
In addition to window and facade systems, heroal positions itself as a total supplier. The company also develops and produces systems for roller shutters, awnings, roller doors and solutions for fire and smoke protection. Accessories such as insect protection, fall protection and drip sills complete the range.
The modular design allows the systems to be used in aluminum, PVC, wood and hybrid window constructions. This, according to heroal, creates the possibility of realizing complete total solutions, even for specific project requirements.
Heroal has in-house production for coating, textiles and cloth. Recently, the confection of awning solutions has also been brought in-house, to enable faster delivery. Ordering can be done via the heroal Business Configurator, integrated into Klaes and Logikal. Both individual system products and ready-made elements are available. ●
