Windows, doors and facades are usually assembled from extruded profiles in a factory under conditioned conditions. Although this is done in an increasingly automated way, the human touch is still necessary. They know all about that at Ergon Jobs. They have been supplying employees to many factories and assembly halls in window, door and facade technology since 1998.
Ergon Jobs has its roots in facade technology and also focuses exclusively on this niche. "For years, major manufacturers, profile suppliers and facade builders have been customers of ours," says Stan Haag, senior account manager at Ergon Jobs. "They too are experiencing more and more challenges in finding staff. We specialize in just that and recruit people from all over Europe. Our payroll counts as many as sixteen different nationalities. In all these years we have built up a nice network. Our recruiters know the ins and outs and which candidates can succeed."
Over 70% of the employees Ergon Jobs has on its payroll are engaged in producing, machining and assembling profiles in aluminum or plastic at the plant on a daily basis. "Work ranges from making profiles to size to machining them on CNC machines, assembling frames, making the glass slats and finishing assembly. And everything in between. Within the staffing world in the Netherlands, we are absolutely the largest in this," Haag says proudly. "There are over a hundred employees working in the production area. Thanks to our years of knowledge and experience, we understand the needs of our clients and can meet them in an efficient manner. This also explains our often long-standing relationship with clients. We stand for mutual commitment and trust." Ergon Jobs has been part of the TRIXXO family since January 1, 2024, which gives them even more knowledge and clout.
All temporary workers are on Ergon Jobs' payroll in the Netherlands. "They speak at least German or English," Haag says. "Communication and safety are high on our agenda. Occasionally we make a couple, but we see more and more that English is the working language in many factories. The commitment we give to our people is that we visit them at least once every three to four weeks to see how they are doing. Everyone has their own room in their accommodation and we work exclusively with Dutch contracts, which also include pension accrual and vacation days. This is where we really do make a difference compared to many of our competitors. Of course, we also provide the right tools, personal protective equipment and certifications."
Should you be tight on staffing or need extra hands in the factory or assembly hall, feel free to call Ergon Jobs. "We are able to shift gears very quickly," Haag suggests. "Even when things get tough, we always find a solution. For example, we recently got a call from a valued client that things were a little slow because a job had been postponed. We then quickly moved one of our guys elsewhere. Everyone was happy. That's also where we make a difference."
