High-quality sliding hardware with parallel adjustment for plastic systems

The market for windows and (lift) sliding systems is in a state of flux and so is the hardware. MACO and HAUTAU specialists have not been idle in recent years and have developed and introduced several innovative solutions. One example is ATRIUM® MOVE, the sliding hardware with parallel adjustment for plastic systems with sashes up to 200 kg and in tandem version up to 250 kg. This hardware guarantees high density and smooth running. The concealed hardware mechanism ensures narrow profile views. Installation-oriented processing and intuitive operation allow worldwide and universal use.

Airtight

Up to eight special slotted elements on the long sides of the sash ensure that the sash is pressed in and out at the same time. The high pressure on all sides ensures an extremely tight airtight seal. When closed, the sliding hardware guarantees reliable protection against driving rain, high wind loads and noise, especially in multi-storey buildings. Since the sliding and mounting mechanisms are separated from the central locking groove, no cold bridges are created and thus there is no unnecessary energy loss.

Practical

The mounting mechanism of the ATRIUM® MOVE can be processed quickly and easily. The pressure can be adjusted even with a mounted sash both on the handle side and in the center piece. The locking points on the handle side are height adjustable and already equipped with a rubber buffer for smooth and light closure. By predetermining certain settings, work on the construction site is reduced and much time is saved.

User-friendly

The ATRIUM® MOVE combines continuous, smooth operation, intuitive handling and maximum service life. The high-quality runners with linear ball bearings on a hardened shaft ensure smooth operation at all times, even with heavy wings. The pendulum technology compensates for all unevenness with ease. Load-bearing components are never heavily stressed during window operation because they are not directly operated. Due to the use of 160 mm handles, the system can be perfectly combined with other window types, e.g. turn/tilt elements. The concealed hardware mechanism ensures narrow profile views, and the minimalist design keeps the height of the profiles to a minimum, opening up possibilities for even the most demanding applications.

Safe

A simple turn of the handle places the sash in a parallel position at 6 mm intervals. A gap around the window ensures an even air exchange. Thanks to the locking system, the window still remains completely securely closed even in this position, ensuring natural ventilation and a healthy indoor climate even when the occupants are absent. Mushroom-shaped pins lock the window sash in the sliding direction, and robust locking systems in the middle result in efficient anti-lift protection.
