The market for plastic and aluminum window frames has been growing for many years. However, architects and clients are not happy with the front doors used. The design, look and feel and functionality of a wood-like door remains preferable to a plastic door. The KaiCombi concept came about through intensive market research and cooperation with leading companies in the plastic and aluminum processing industry. After a thorough development process, Kegro Deuren chose a specially developed flat, 80 mm-thick KegaPro Excellent exterior door, which can be used in a plastic and aluminum frame profile system. The KegaPro Excellent exterior door has a timber frame with insulating PU core filling. On both sides is glued a sandwich construction of waterproof exterior HDF with a Tricoya cover plate and aluminum core. The door is industrially pre-finished or painted in a RAL or NCS color of your choice. The specially developed 3 component coating gives a guaranteed service life of 12 years and an expected duration of 15 years!

Standard features of the doors include, triple glazing, automatic multi-point locking, silicone draft seals and specially developed 3D adjustable built-in stainless steel hinges. KaiCombi Comes under GND warranty, with FSC^® supplied, and bear the KOMO seal of approval.

The KaiCombi concept relieves the plastics processor of all performance indicators in the CE D.o.P. (Declaration of Performance) to NEN-EN 14351-1. The burglar resistance class 2, air tightness, water tightness, functionality, closing forces and durability are demonstrated by Kegro Deuren. We can fully satisfy the wishes of the consumer, architect and processor with limitless design freedom in models.
