Important regulatory changes since 2018
To make the erection and use of mobile scaffolding safer, the Inspectorate SZW set to work on new regulations around mobile scaffolding. After employers and employees sat around the table in 2016, new regulations around mobile scaffolding came into effect and have been required by law since Jan. 1, 2018. What are the main changes in the rules around mobile scaffold use?
