'Acrylcolor window frames become coming years a hot topic'

Meanwhile, Gerard Kruis of Power to Create Europe of Oosterwolde and Kufa Raamsystemen of IJmuiden have been doing business with each other for just over a year. After the first conversation,  which talked about a direct approach, being punctual and innovative, they truly became partners with each other. Gerard says, "I was looking for more reliability. Gerard sees his own company as a consultancy that also takes on the work. "The first project I delivered with Kufa Raamsystemen' window frames was a project in Groningen, a beautiful apartment complex in the Molukkenstraat. There the first frames from the S9000.NL series were delivered in acrylcolor. It made this new construction project very successful. Not only because we were able to properly meet our client's demand but also because the facades are absolutely air and watertight with these plastic window frames. By combining the right frame series with the right connection details, we achieved the highest standard in the blower-through test. Thanks to this way of working and the quality of the delivered products, we have met and exceeded the required standard with great ease! This work also proves that Power to Create Europe and Kufa Raamsystemen together are suitable for the project market. So for Kufa Raamsystemen this is also an opportunity to grow even further in this!"

Gerard explains that KUFA has the tools that are interesting precisely to be very successful on the project market. "I am thinking of the double HVL, the three frame seals, the ability to work with acrylcolor and, of course, the calculation system that is clearly and accessibly structured."

Although Power to Create Europe is still a young organization, but with over 20 years of experience in the window frame industry, Gerard seems to have firmly established his position in the market in that relatively short time of entrepreneurship. "Where the competition stops, we look further - you just have to live up to what you say in the market. This project in Groningen has become a good example of that. But all this can only be successful if you can team up with a party - like Kufa Window Systems - that not only thinks along but also acts effectively on the challenges to be solved."

Gerard suspects that acrylcolor window frames will become a "hot topic" in the coming years. "Just look at the final result in Groningen; it looks beautiful. The architect can also be satisfied because his wishes - the initial design - have also been met. For me as an executive and cooperating consultant, it is therefore important to be able to work with parties who understand how to give a positive impulse to the look and feel of housing construction in the Netherlands and thereby reward the stimulating creativity of architects."

In addition, Gerard expects to further expand the cooperation with Kufa Window Systems. "I am convinced that we can initiate a movement that the market has been waiting for for some time."
