In an attractive interior, discreetly integrated doors are invaluable

Tastes differ, especially when it comes to interior design - just ask the interior decorator or designer. One person wants a sleek, modern interior, while another prefers a country style. Today, for example, black and white or even completely black interiors are also totally in. One thing is certain: whatever type of interior the customer prefers, invisible integration of interior doors means added value.

With the new magnetic system Push&Go, the fixed sash of a double door can be unlocked quickly and easily. Locking is just as easy. You simply push the door against the stop and the passive door is locked again.

Xinnix offers a solution for every application: ordinary swing doors, fireproof or acoustic versions, sliding door systems, .... The specialist keeps expanding and optimizing its range. At Prowood, Xinnix showed, among other things, a 3-D adjustable self-closing hinge and the Push&Go system for unlocking double doors. 

For anyone talking about invisibly integrated interior door systems, the name Xinnix - k zie niks - immediately rings a bell. The company headquartered in Harelbeke has been developing and manufacturing such solutions for nearly 10 years. The range includes ordinary revolving doors, fire-resistant and acoustic versions and sliding door systems. 

"We develop universal construction elements, allowing a maximum number of applications to be carried out with a minimum number of products," responds managing director Chris Vermeulen when referring to the success of Xinnix solutions. "Our systems consist of pre-painted, primed aluminum frames, suitable for all types of doors. They come standard with a magnetic lock, a rubber seal and invisible 3D adjustable Xinnix hinges."

The owners of this home chose their own style: Black & White. In the hall, only the black stools stand out. The doors are incorporated in a very discreet way.

New developments
Xinnix solutions can therefore be found in both contemporary, sleek interiors and modern rural environments, in houses and apartments, as well as in office buildings and other projects. For example, the invisibly integrated doors give the black-and-white interior of the Vermeulen-Biebuyck family an extra cachet and interior architect Alexander Hugelier integrated revolving and sliding doors based on Xinnix door systems in the modern offices of Figurad's auditors and company auditors. These are just two of the many reference projects, where Xinnix was able to offer a suitable solution with its extensive range.

"However, to further expand our position as a market leader, we need to continuously focus on innovation. Our team is engaged daily in the development of new solutions and the optimization and technical improvement of existing products," states the business manager. "At the Prowood trade fair at the end of October, among other things, we showed the new 3-D adjustable self-closing hinge X4030-ARM-SC and a new magnetic system for unlocking double doors, which we christened Push&Go." 

With the 3-D adjustable self-closing hinge X4030-ARM-SC, ceiling-high doors without a header can still be provided with a self-closing function.

Xinnix expands its range of X4030 3-D adjustable invisible hinges with a self-closing version with integrated damping function: X4030-ARM-SC. This new hinge, available in white and black versions, has an elegant slim shape (24 x 110 mm) and is ideal for self-closing (ceiling-high) doors up to 45 kg with panels up to 930 mm wide. Its main advantage is that you no longer need a header to provide a self-closing function in the door.

"With Push&Go, we developed an innovative magnetic system for quick and easy unlocking of the fixed wing of a double door. The user just has to press the button and the door is free," indicates business manager Chris Vermeulen. "The controls are at an accessible height. By means of a magnet and a magnetic counter plate, locking is as easy as opening the door. You just push the door against the stop and the passive door is back in place."
