OMBRA is verkrijgbaar in twee modellen, vervaardigd uit geëxtrudeerd aluminium en zamak, en biedt in beide versies een onafhankelijke, micrometrische 3D-verstelling voor een nauwkeurige en duurzame uitlijning van vleugel t.o.v. kozijn.
The version for profiles with a Euro groove measuring 14×18 mm guarantees a load-bearing capacity of up to 120 kg with two hinges, placing it at the top of its category. The main advantage is the patented, fast, and efficient mounting system, which significantly reduces the required processing steps: only milling the sash/frame profile is necessary, without affecting the center seal in any way. This solution ensures a perfect seal and long-lasting performance.

In addition, this version stands out for its micrometric pressure adjustment feature—an exclusive advantage among Euro-groove hinges that enables extremely precise door installation.
The second OMBRA model, which is also patented, is designed for traditional door profiles with a clearance of between 15 and 18 mm. The polyamide frame, in combination with the included plastic spacers, helps prevent thermal bridges and ensures maximum insulation, thereby maintaining the profile’s energy performance.
In this configuration, the wing’s load-bearing capacity reaches a certifiable maximum of 160 kg with two hinges. This configuration also offers independent, micrometric, three-dimensional adjustment, while the required profile machining is minimal and easy to perform. Installation is further facilitated by a special metal clip that holds the hinge in place, simplifying on-site assembly.
Thanks to its innovative and patented mounting kits, OMBRA can be installed on profiles ranging in width from 43 mm to 82 mm. Each set includes zamak backing plates and self-tapping screws made of high-quality steel: a system designed to adapt to the width of the profile and ensure maximum versatility in application.
