Innovative IT solutions for transparent and short workflows

The market leader from Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is presenting innovative IT solutions for intelligent digitization, enabling customers to benefit from transparent and short workflows in the long run.

"The world-leading trade fair in Nuremberg is an important building block for our leading position in the market, so we are very pleased that it is simply taking place again," says Miriam Berzen, Managing Director of Klaes. "Although recent years have also been very successful, this trade fair is indispensable for initiating new national and international business relationships and maintaining contacts with customers and partner companies."

Increase efficiency

The focus on business process organization means that all processes in the value chain are addressed. "End-to-end digitization is exactly our theme," says Lars Klaes (Managing Director Klaes) about the current market requirements. "This is why we develop our solutions intensively in all areas to further increase our customers' efficiency. Own production and additional procurement must be able to be handled optimally - regardless of size," is how he describes his development strategy. 

The following Klaes products and services will have their premiere at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2024:

● Klaes e-prod horizon
This new development combines the extremely diverse fields of application in production and logistics with new freedom for individual customization. It is based on innovative IT technology for comprehensive web, mobile and desktop solutions. The first pilot projects have already started, and in addition to the new look, customers are also very pleased with the ease with which they can make changes themselves using the on-board tools. At the same time, the new program architecture ensures that Klaes can provide secure and hassle-free support during ongoing operations.

● Materials Management
The first expansion phase of this completely new development is being presented in Nuremberg. The objective was to optimally integrate the industry's highly dynamic planning requirements into Klaes' overall workflow. In other words, to ensure the necessary automated exchange of information with all business units involved. This solution is therefore also based on the new Klaes platform, which forms the efficient basis for all future developments.

● Alu plus
This solution is designed for aluminum window manufacturers who want to map their entire workflow in one software - along with all other material types. The Klaes premium, professional and vario window solutions are now available with a new basis for machine connection. In addition to the special technical and organizational requirements of this material type, this also optimally meets the requirements of automated production.

● Klaes cRM solution
This highly integrated solution enables efficient sales management with quick and easy access. The predefined bidirectional data exchange enables a standardized, industry-specific "out of the box" way of working, thus avoiding the usual extensive customization for such projects. However, further customization is still possible.

● Configurators
Growe/Roltex is the latest web connection in the roller shutter industry. This means that data from six different suppliers can now be fed directly into the position registration system. Previously, there were four for entrance door panels. The connection to Pirnar has the special feature that complete entrance door elements can be configured and "pulled over.

Klaes' solutions are designed to make various business processes as simple as possible. This also applies in particular to existing solutions, which are therefore consistently developed further. To ensure that these are also continuously received by customers, the long-term ability to update all solutions is a central goal of Klaes.
