Third Preferred Supplier Award goes to Schijndel

In jury deliberations, the word "outstanding!" was even dropped.

Erik Smits of ISC Profielen BV (ISC) from Schijndel, Brabant, was the recipient of a special Award at Polyclose in Belgium. From the hands of Henk Weber of the company KUFA from IJmuiden, he received the Preferred Supplier Award, which was presented for the third time last January - after 2018 and 2019. "As far as we are concerned, ISC is the best supplier of under sills."  so stated Henk during the festive presentation moment in Ghent.

"We see suppliers primarily as our partners."  he continues. "Of course it is about the quality of the products delivered to us so that our customers - including partners - can serve their clients with peace of mind and to their full satisfaction. But in addition to the technical and quality aspects, things like good service, delivery reliability and the way in which things are packaged or delivered are also very important. We have noticed and experienced positively that we can rely on ISC and its employees."

Much interest in the presentation at KUFA's booth at Polyclose.

"We have been working together for more than two years now. We got to know them well because together we developed a cover over the existing window sill stone, which could become the complement for our new RenoS9000 series. With this Reelstone Cover, ISC also proves it has a lot of innovative strength in its own organization."

"We can now very easily put a cover over existing window sills. We were able to demonstrate that very well at Polyclose."

When Henk thinks back to the festive presentation moment in Ghent, he has to laugh. "Erik Smits was indeed invited by us to visit our stand at the Polyclose ('Come along, we'll have a cup of coffee!') but he did not know that he would receive the Award and the accompanying certificate. Yes, you can say he was extremely surprised."

If there's a party, champagne is part of it!

Henk acknowledges that during the months of October, November and December, there were vigorous discussions within KUFA about who should receive this third edition of the Preferred Supplier Award. "Fair is fair; ISC is a relatively new supplier. So, what can you say about such a relatively short period of time. Still, we agreed that ISC has distinguished itself precisely in that short period of time. The word 'excel' already fell in one of our jury sessions. Moreover, we always want to broaden our network among all possible suppliers. We hope that this Award may also be a motivation for all our existing and new potential suppliers!"
