Deceuninck present for the first time at Roofs and Business

Extensive range of rigid foam PVC for gutter cladding and eave finishing

Deceuninck, manufacturer of frame and door solutions, is presenting its extensive range in gutter and wall cladding and eaves finishing at the Roofs & Business trade fair. This is the first time the company is coming to Houten. “Many roofers don't know us yet, but we are going to change that with this fair!” said Chris Vynckier, Sales Manager Construction Products Benelux.  

100% recyclable for green future  

Deceuninck is betting on two main pillars at the fair: aesthetic elegance and durability. Vynckier:

“Regarding the latter, we are the largest recycler of rigid PVC in the Benelux. Our rigid PVC cladding profiles are 100% recyclable, unlike alternatives such as HPL. And we incorporate all our recycled raw materials into new window systems and building products. The roofing professional who wants to become more sustainable has come to the right place.” 

Hard foam PVC profile, modular system with numerous advantages  

Deceuninck's rigid foam PVC cladding profiles are ideal for better home protection. They beautify the exterior in a durable and maintenance-friendly way. 

The profiles are made of closed cell PVC foam with a top layer of high impact hard PVC. In addition, they are lightweight, UV-resistant, rot-proof, splinter-free and do not split. Thanks to their modular structure and the extensive range of finishing profiles and accessories, including ventilation options, Deceuninck offers a total solution for every roof edge. 

An additional advantage is quick and easy processing. The profiles are available in different heights (from 90mm to 400mm) and in a length of 6 meters, which means that the roofer only needs one profile panel and a result without visible joints is possible. The profiles can be fastened with colored-head screws or plastic-headed nails. Those who want to go for a more aesthetic look can also glue the profiles. 

The finishing options are also numerous. For example, the color of the gutter can easily be matched to the color of the windows and the rest of the house. Choices include coating, mass or foil colors, most of which are standard colors in stock and available from the wholesaler. Other colors are available within three weeks when ordered. All finishing profiles - corner pieces and connectors - are also available in the same color as the board. 

Guidance from A to Z  

Roofers working with Deceuninck can of course make use of all kinds of support material. From an extensive distribution network to foil fans, gutter folders and compact pocket books that provide a technical overview. Moreover, the products are visible in various construction stores through a shop-in-shop module. 

New Ligna line for facades premiered at Roofs & Business  

At the fair, Deceuninck is also presenting - in addition to its existing PVC and aluminum façade cladding - the new composite façade cladding range Ligna. The line, with or without a shadow joint, combines the aesthetics of wood with the advantages of composite. Ideal for creating modern, warm and elegant facades, but without the maintenance. Moreover, the products are durable, colorfast, easy to install and are made from recycled materials.
