Anti-panic also with modern design and yet exceptional performance

Looking for a true anti-panic solution? The answer is simple. One can immediately think of OLTRE, the "100% made in Fapim" anti-panic solution, with modern design and exceptional performance. The lap is made entirely of Aisi 304 stainless steel, with increased mechanical  corrosion resistance and REI-90 minutes of fire resistance. The self-locking system, standard on the central latch and vertical top/bottom latch, guarantees burglary safety requirements even on doors equipped with a panic handle. The use of high-quality technical polymer in the most stressed friction areas allows a significant reduction in opening forces, without affecting mechanical resistances.

The central latch is suitable for use on fire doors, always equipped with a handle unit and self-locking system in the lap. In the pushbar version, the connecting levers that connect to the pushbar are made of die-cast aluminum, and significantly reduce the necessary opening forces.

The Touchbar version is with a new simplified and reduced internal mechanism, with safe guaranteed operation along the full length of the bar. Also, the lock and opposite side casing received an updated design. The new external operating unit is characterized by a renewed aesthetic in harmony with the OLIMPO handles line, in reduced size and with a more modern design. New and unique in the market is an external application that allows insertion or replacement of the cylinder without disassembling the handle.

A remote electronic release handle is also available that can replace traditional mechanical handles. The handle is then engaged electronically by a push button or access control system, or unlocked mechanically by cylinder operation. It is equipped with an electronic day position setting (retracted lap), a timer and an LED readout of the handle's status.

The OLTRE program was tested according to UNI EN 1363-1:2012 / UNI EN 1634-1:2014. The fire resistance test was successfully passed by achieving resistance class REI-90.

In short: increased performance, improved security, all standard features are serially available and there is a completed range. All this was achieved with a simultaneous significant reduction of the article spectrum to allow better inventory optimization.
