Door handle Shiraat graces any door

Design studio Grand&Johnson worked closely with Intersteel to design door handle line Shiraat. At the heart of the design was the question "what does minimal mean? The challenge of this quest lay in finding the purest form of a door handle.

As a result, the designers arrived at a slimly designed door handle, with a deviating length of no less than 250 mm. This is quite a bit longer than the standard 125 mm. Intersteel developed a new spring mechanism especially for this line that easily handles the heavy load caused by the length of the handle.

The door handle line is made of stainless steel and available in four high-quality finishes: as brushed stainless steel, brass matte PVD, black PVD and copper matte PVD. In the same style, rosettes with keyhole, profile cylinder hole and with toilet/bathroom closure are available.

This line has been awarded the highly regarded Red Dot Design Award 2022, an award that only products with "outstanding design" are awarded.
