Carefree and comfortable living. Now and in the future. That is the ambition of Multi Kozijn Spakenburg. Director of Multi Kozijn, Lambert Heinen: "If a customer buys a plastic window frame, then of course it should be accompanied by a plastic frame profile. Only then can the unique advantages of plastic be extended into the wall opening. For the installation of our plastic window frames, we have been using only the plastic frame profiles from RecyStel for several years now."
"If you want to deliver quality, you can't leave anything to chance," Heinen emphasizes. "Our goal is to enhance the positive feeling of our customers on every level. Multi Kozijn works exclusively with Select Windows' A-quality plastic window frames, which are fully customized and produced in the Dutch factory, based on Schüco profiles.
"Because the profiles are reinforced all around with steel, excellent insulation and burglar resistance are guaranteed," said Lambert Heinen, director of Multi Kozijn in Spakenburg. "Both the production and assembly of the window frames are VKG-certified, entitling customers to a 15-year quality guarantee and the Guarantee Fund. Assurances that we have translated to the frame profiles. For the assembly of our plastic window frames, we have been using only the plastic frame profiles from RecyStel for several years."
In the past there was much discussion about the VKG quality mark, which stated that window frames could only be installed with a frame. This was used, for example, to tackle the craftsmen who clamped the frames bluntly between the wall and fastened them with PUR to the cavity lath of the old wooden frame. In the meantime, obtuse installation has gained in quality. However, the fact remains that obtuse assembly carries more risks. Assembling window frames remains human work, and people make mistakes. However, these mistakes can largely be avoided when using a frame template.

For structural frames, many companies still use wood, cutting strips from waterproof plywood sheets. The disadvantage of this method is that the sawing side (watering-in side) of the board is always on the face side of the facade. As a solution, you could paint this watering-in side, but this involves an extra labor and a lot of (drying) time. In addition: if a lot of moisture rises in the bricks, it still gets into the wood, which can cause the veneer layers to rot and come loose. With plastic this is not an issue.
Unlike wood, plastic frame profiles are highly resistant to weather, drafts and moisture. The material is also guaranteed to be maintenance-free. Unique to the plastic frame profiles from RecyStel is additionally that they come with an attractive black front frame. This ensures, in addition to optimum quality, a high-quality appearance. Even if a small seam remains between the wall and the frame.
"By choosing one type of frame profiles for all of our plastic window frames, we can guarantee competent installation at all times," Heinen concludes. "Our fitters don't have to switch between plastic and wood. Instead, they can work according to a fixed and familiar step-by-step plan. This also benefits quality." In the cavity, the fitters often install a woolmanized wood battens against the interior wall, he says. "Then the RecyStel frame profile is mounted against and partially over the exterior wall. There is a sort of rebate in the frame profile, which allows the thickness of the interior stucco to be precisely accommodated. As a result, residents are assured of an attractive and level connection. Good reasons why Multi Frame chooses RecyStel frame profiles."
