At Bohle, they know the importance of quick and easy assembly of profile systems. With the revolutionary VetroMount^® balustrade system, the company demonstrates this once again. 

"This product perfectly meets the needs of contractors, glass dealers and installation companies," says Frank Bouwman, general manager on behalf of Bohle Benelux. 

"And that is largely due to the fast, simple and cost-effective processing of this high-quality system. For example, the screw holes in the anodized aluminum profiles are already pre-drilled. In addition, compared to standard systems, the number of fastening points has been halved. With top mounting, one screw anchor per 400 millimeters is sufficient. This translates into a considerable reduction in assembly time and material costs."

Assembly

Mounting glass in the VetroMount^® balustrade system is a piece of cake. "The glass panels can be installed in just three steps using the cable tie principle," Bouwman continues. "The profiles are equipped with tension ties that securely clamp the glass panels. This makes it possible to adjust the panels quickly and safely from the walking side and achieve an optimal fit with the profile. Does a glass panel unexpectedly get damaged during assembly? No worries. Via the clever release mechanism, this is then easily replaced."

For all glass thicknesses

VetroMount^® is characterized by tremendous versatility. For example, in terms of glass thickness. "The system is now suitable for all common glass thicknesses," Bouwman explains the breadth of the delivery program. "In addition, each variant is supplied as a complete set including profile, mounting blocks and finishing rubbers. Additionally, cover caps in aluminum or stainless steel color are available. Accessories that give the luxurious appearance of the balustrade systems a nice boost. Furthermore, in all profile types there is enough space to apply an LED strip if desired." 

Four profile variations

Bohle supplies the balustrade profile system in four variants. This makes the most diverse installation applications possible. In addition to a U top mounting profile for standard mounting, the company offers an F top mounting profile with additional lip, the solution for mounting on the edge of a balcony or (roof) terrace. For side mounting, two profile types are available: a basic U profile with holes on the side and a Y profile. This latter model also has holes on the side, but mounted even lower in the profile. 

"All floor profiles are suitable for a load capacity of up to 1 kN," Bouwman said. "In the form of a heavier profile with a load capacity of up to 3 kN, we even recently started offering an application that is ideally suited for stadiums and other public places."

New catalog

Bohle has been working hard on a new catalog for balustrade profiles. It not only includes the complete product range. The publication also contains the necessary technical information and installation tips that customers can take advantage of around project planning and execution.
