REHAU is increasingly developing from a profile system house to an "omnichannel system provider" that processes and supports the complete chain. From production to marketing and digital WINDOW.ID identification, where profile systems can be tracked from production to recycling. "To serve the complete chain, a complete product package is needed," emphasizes Edwin van Houten, commercial manager Benelux Window Solutions at REHAU. "This is one of the things we respond to with the REHAU SYNEGO-NL profile system family, which is more than complete by 2022."
REHAU develops, manufactures and sells progressive systems for plastic frames, windows and doors that are as modern as our lives. Systems that not only allow us to see the world around us, but also ensure maximum daylight and ample fresh air. Systems that deter burglars before anything happens. But also systems that perfectly match our facades in form and color. The REHAU SYNEGO-NL family takes these properties to the very highest level.
"SYNEGO-NL includes (tilt and turn) windows, (house) doors, lift-and-slide doors as well as inline sliding doors and windows in the most common and special elements," Van Houten says. "With the profile system, processors can make all elements common in the Netherlands. From simple windows to outward opening doors, which can also be supplied with top or side lights if required. Even old-fashioned sliding windows are among the possibilities." Curved or angled window frames are no problem either, he says. "The profile system has a 16° or 6° view, also in combination with the RHL connection. The profile system is also very stable and suitable for both residential construction and modular construction (prefab homes, chalet construction, etc.)."
Combined with a sophisticated all-round frame seal, it creates unsurpassed wind, water and air tightness, Van Houten said. "A Class 9A (in accordance with DIN- EN 12208) certification guarantees excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions. In addition, this puts us in line with the ambitions of sustainable construction of more and more clients."
The use of 40-75% recycled material (EcoPuls label) during the production of SYNEGO-NL profile systems contributes to a positive environmental footprint. "Plastic can easily be reintroduced into the production process ten times without sacrificing quality. REHAU takes its responsibility in this, by keeping the entire recycling process in its own hands. Old frames, windows and doors are actively collected by us, cleaned, finely ground, sorted and recovered, after which they are reused in the core of our profiles. This alone enables us to save 97,000 tons of CO2 save money."
In addition to sustainability, aesthetics are also guaranteed. "Thanks to the KALEIDO COLOR program, architects and end users can choose from more than 400 color and design finishes," says Van Houten. "With this, we offer a suitable solution for every furnishing and every living style. Here it is even possible to color-coat the rebate completely all around, for a uniform look of the doors and windows."
Within the KALEIDO color family, REHAU offers three options, whereby the SYNEGO-NL profiles are optionally coated with a high-quality color film with wood, solid and metallic motifs (KALEIDO FOIL), a multi-layer spray paint (KALEIDO PAINT) or a cladding with aluminum cladding profiles (KALEIDO COVER).
REHAU is always looking for processors, who can process the plastic SYNEGO-NL profile systems into high-quality frames, windows and doors. But also for dealers, who help further expand REHAU's sales market.
"Processors and dealers are assured of a good and distinctive system portfolio with us. All technical information is available in the widest sense. For processors, we also offer extensive support in machine control, tools and software," Van Houten concludes. "We are also happy to assist processors and dealers in their marketing and marketing efforts. From lead generation to digital WINDOW.ID identification. Processors and dealers interested in this can contact team Benelux without obligation."
