The Lignodur Stone window sill is now also available in the color "Concrete Design. And that's good news! With this design, Heering, a supplier of low-maintenance plastic profiles and panels for the construction industry, is responding to modern living trends. Lignodur Stone Betondesign is available in a light and a dark variant.
The window sills from this collection had been available for many years in the colors such as bluestone, travertine, white and cream but - as mentioned above - the color "Concrete Design" has been newly added.
"From the market we were getting more and more demand for a window sill with a concrete color," says Lex, product manager at Heering. "It's a logical step given today's living trends. Concrete has become increasingly accepted in interior design in recent years, such as concrete countertops or concrete stucco walls. I am convinced that our Lignodur Stone Concrete window sill is a very welcome addition to the range."
Heering's plastic Lignodur Stone window sills can be recognized by their beautiful faceted edge. "This makes them almost indistinguishable from natural stone," says Lex. "The combination of the luxurious shape and the realistic colors thus create an exclusive look. It is therefore an asset to the home."
But there is more, Lex continues. "The Lignodur Stone window sills combine the advantages of plastic with the appearance of natural stone. They are made of high-quality plastic with a scratch- and wear-resistant top layer. This makes them almost impervious to damage or UV influences and gives them a long service life. In addition, the window sill boasts insulating properties due to the hollow cores on the inside."
Lignodur Stone can be mounted at lengths of 3 meters. As a result, the eye also gets what it wants: a sleek seamless window sill. But above all, assembly and installation are easy. After all, the Lignodur Stone window sills have a low weight. Further processing is also no problem because - Lex concludes - "any standard tool can be used by the craftsman to work the material."
