This ranges from the small independent contractor, who assembles windows and sells them himself, to the large companies, which offer building elements from different manufacturers under their own label. In addition, there are window manufacturers, who expand their own range with products from other suppliers. With Klaes trade (local), Klaes web trade (online) and Klaes cloud trade (hybrid), Klaes offers a suitable software to complete projects quickly and safely.

Local software

Klaes trade is the classic software package for the window trade, which allows the user to enter just as detailed information as one does in window production. At the same time, a simple and fast method of entry based on highly flexible window types and intelligent predefined settings can be implemented. Thus, both the craftsman and the user who just wants to quickly find out a price can work with the same software.

With Klaes trade it is also possible to construct windows, which are not in the list of types. The user still gets the necessary price information.

Klaes trade can be easily tailored to any business type. The basic product is a solution for the distributor, who works with the supplier's data and adds some of his own aspects, such as assembly. There is also a package for the independent distributor with several users, who wants to be in charge of the data himself and therefore deliberately does not include supplier data. Finally, there are the large companies with many users, where the software is often linked to their own CRM. 

Online

Klaes webtrade is an online version, where the user is more strictly directed when entering and deliberately not asked for "complex" details. Moreover, this is a version in touchscreen mode and specially designed for mobile use.

Through the Klaes webtrade Backend, the field service always has a clear overview of the distributor's activities.

Distributors can use it to create quotes, orders and invoices, including, of course, their own address data and item management. Field sales staff can use the tool to create quotations on site, giving the customer immediate information on all prices. Klaes' Internet-based solutions work from a central database, which can be easily updated. 

Using a login and password, each user can always work with the most up-to-date data. Via the Klaes webtrade backend, the field service also always has a clear view of all the distributors' activities and a user can be blocked with one simple click. Moreover, Klaes webtrade requires no special hardware - a normal browser is sufficient - and this software can also be used as a webshop.

Hybrid

Klaes cloud trade combines the best of both worlds. After all, this hybrid solution allows the full functionality and variable scale of Klaes trade to be used, and that together with the advantages of Klaes web trade, such as the central database, easy access and continuous updates, ensuring that the most up-to-date information is always at hand. This tool is, of course, also ideal for mobile use and the data are protected against breaches at all times according to court regulations.
