"An ideal product for the hospitality industry," is how Lucas Bouwers, sales manager at Sunparadise, calls the new addition to the patio cover program. He is talking about the Cubo with saddle roof. "With a generous depth of 8 meters, this Cubo can be linked endlessly in width."
That Bouwers has the hospitality industry in mind does not come out of the blue. "We're heading toward fall again and are far from being through the corona crisis. That means that the hospitality industry will soon no longer be able to make use of the extra meters offered by the terrace. With the Cubo with gable roof, we solve that problem. Just say how wide you want it."

The Cubo with gable roof comes in an attached and free-standing version. To achieve maximum functionality in bad weather, Bouwers recommends using glazing all around. "That can of course be the VG17 hard-glass sliding wall, but the GSS17 hard-glass folding wall also fits perfectly under this patio enclosure."
What about the color choice? "That is the same as with the Hawaii 40 Cubo. Available in 28 standard colors, including some textured paints. Prefer a ral color? That's also possible," Bouwers replies. "Good to know is that we can equip the Cubo with saddle roof with built-in LED spotlights, or louvre slats, as a sliding sun protection system."
To create the gable roof within the generous dimensions, Sunparadise has developed new coupling parts. This allows any dimensioning to be achieved within the maximum framework. What about the glazing? Builders: "This patio cover is a non-insulated product and can have safety glass up to 28 mm."
In conclusion, Bouwers talks about the attention the new canopy is getting from architects. "Apparently both the size and shape of the roof appeal to them greatly. For them, the look falls under the heading of 'classic modern,' a style that is currently in vogue for outdoors and indoors."
