Simpler production Ventistone gives more precise D and F profile

The production of Ventistone's D and F profiles now requires fewer operations; they have also been aesthetically improved. The inventor and supplier of durable stone fiber profiles for window frames made a substantial investment in new chisel blocks. Measuring has also become easier and more precise thanks to the profile gauge. This avoids confusion about the correct dimensions of the profile: did you need to add another millimeter or not? The improvements will also reduce prices, which will benefit contractors, painters, glaziers and carpenters.

Being able to measure profiles for window frames more simply and, above all, more accurately was a great desire of customers, Ventistone noticed regularly. A few millimeters had to be added to a measured D or F profile, resulting in uncertainty and discussion.

With the new chisel blocks with which Ventistone produces the profiles, this problem is a thing of the past. And measuring is done with the greatest precision because Ventistone's existing profile gauge for the NL and ND profiles can now also be used for these profiles.

Measurement and production simplified
Purpose of the continued development of the D and F profiles was that it had to be easier, both measuring and producing. This has been more than achieved: the number of actions to produce the profiles has been reduced, aesthetically the profiles have become more beautiful and they follow the sill more closely. A welcome bonus is that the D and F profiles have become cheaper.

Measuring with the tread gauge
Additional security when measuring in offers Ventistone with the profile meter. It is a plastic ruler that the company developed itself. It makes choosing the nose lath a piece of cake: the measurements on the ruler determine the size of the nose lath. It can be used universally for all types of nose laths, not just Ventistone's.
