After all, deliveries and services can be digitally recorded and confirmed directly on-site and transmitted to the ERP system in real time. The digital delivery note

The digital waybill or delivery receipt is a key link in the process. After all, it directly involves customers in the delivery process. The receipt can be displayed on a tablet or smartphone right on-site and signed electronically. This digital solution replaces the traditional paper receipt and enhances the entire process with numerous additional features and documentation options. For example, feedback on the delivery can be easily provided: delivery accepted, delivery accepted with comments (e.g., in case of damage), delivery not possible, etc. In addition, comments, photos, or other information can be integrated directly into the system. All data is sent online to headquarters without delay and processed there automatically. Upon request, the customer receives a PDF document via email containing a comprehensive overview.

This mobile solution also offers additional benefits in the areas of logistics and warehouse management. For example, 3E Smart Scan allows users to indicate whether pallets will remain with the customer or whether everything will be taken back. The automatic GPS recording of the unloading location ensures accurate documentation and significantly simplifies the management of load carriers.
