Carel Frumau Commercial Director HMB

Carel Frumau has been appointed Commercial Director of HMB. In his new role, Carel will continue to focus on strengthening HMB's market position and, in cooperation with the MT, further directing HMB's direction. Naturally, he will continue to manage the sales team and remain a personal point of contact for clients.

HMB, a family business with 35 years of experience, manufactures and supplies hardware of the highest quality and patented tools for complete hanging of doors and windows. Carel, now 4 years Commercial Manager at HMB, has more than 20 years of experience within the construction industry. This brings him a lot of commercial know-how.

He also achieved major milestones at HMB, together with management. He brought further structure to the sales department and sharpened market understanding. He also played an important role in thorough digitization, complete rebranding and team growth. A major professionalization move for HMB, where people, personal development, ambition, efficiency and goal orientation were the common threads.

It is therefore with great confidence that the Oudshoorn Family, under the current leadership of Femke Oudshoorn, is taking this step together with Carel.
