The right shape and choice of material for every frame requirement

Window frames come in different shapes and sizes. At Ventana Deutschland, however, you come across an appearance that may be termed fairly unique within the industry. In fact, the company based in Vreden (D) has focused on the production of plastic and aluminum window frames with a special shape for more than a quarter of a century. It is a specialty with which window frame manufacturers are exclusively and individually served. At the same time, Ventana's craftsmanship gives them the opportunity to expand the delivery program considerably.

Since its founding in 1996, Ventana Deutschland has developed into a notable player in the window frame industry. Whereas in the initial phase the emphasis was on the bending of plastic profiles, in the years that followed, the accent increasingly went toward the production of special window frame shapes in plastic and aluminum. Within the 11,000 m² large factory in Vreden, located a stone's throw from the border with the Netherlands, some 270 employees are active every day in the manufacture and marketing of Ventana's KOMO-certified and VKG-certified products. These include the plastic lift-and-slide doors in eight profile systems and the special plastic window frames with a special shape. A product group that can be supplied in as many as twelve different profile systems. 

"We have all the well-known names in our program and buy all the materials ourselves," says Marco van Veen, who, together with Silvia Decker and Edwin Reulink as team leaders, forms the sales team for the Dutch and Belgian markets. "As a result, we take all the worries out of the customer's hands. Moreover, we speak the language of our customers and know the market like the back of our hand."

Total Solutions

(Lift)sliding doors, barred frames, round frames, tumble windows, slanting frames and folding walls: Ventana offers a wide choice and variation in custom-made plastic products. The same applies to the aluminum product group, which also includes a wide range of sliding doors, folding walls and frames (round, sloping and arched). Broadly applicable quality products that can be additionally equipped by Ventana with locks, cylinders, hinges, security hardware, door closers, multi-point locks and panic locks. In terms of logistics, too, Ventana Deutschland has things well in hand. 

"As a follow-up to our reliable delivery times, we perform the transport ourselves," Van Veen said. "Even if the order has to be transported directly to the construction site using frame trestles. We offer a total package, allowing our customers to focus on their core business: producing standard window frame solutions. The specials we gladly take care of."    

Combination of folding system and transparency

The AS FD 75 and 90 folding sliding system from Schüco demonstrates that folding systems and large surface areas go hand in hand. With a maximum casement width of up to 1500 mm and a viewing width of 90 mm, the new FD 75 and 90 not only set new standards in terms of light transmission. The system (also deliverable in larger series by -Ventana) also meets the needs of users who want more light in the house and at the same time want to connect to the outside. The product with burglar resistance rating RC 2 offers unprecedented design freedom thanks to various opening and locking solutions. A magnetic lock ensures safe opening and closing of the folding doors. The optional normal access door allows quick passage.
