'Revolution in the renovation market: replacing profiles now with time savings'

These days, companies know - especially if they have innovative ambitions in their genes - that The Next Step on the way to technical novelties, always means seeking constructive cooperation in the chain itself as well. Well ... that is wasted on IJmuiden-based Kufa Raamsystemen. Together with management and employees, a new cooperation project was started two years ago. In the middle of this year, the market will be introduced to the end result: the RenoS9000 profile series.

Speaking are Henk Weber and Didier Holslag of Kufa Window Systems. "Although we will go into more detail later, we can already say that this is a new profile for the renovation sector. If you look at the housing market, you see that there is still a very large stock of housing that can last another 30 years. Complete gutting does not pay off; it is too costly. If you then reason this out from the profiles, then in our innovative thinking - and of course in cooperation now with Gealan - it was especially important to look for more work efficiency. When renovations are carried out, the credo that 'deliver quickly' is the goal also applies. So it's all in the systematics of the profiles."

"We are therefore quite proud of the new profile we have developed. The RenoS9000 is a profile that can easily be slid over the old window frames. And, it has an interior finish right away. Plus, the stucco stays put."
Didier and Henk tell us that the consultants have hit the road with this technical innovation. "And, we have already shown it carefully at various trade fairs. The reactions were more than good. People characterized the new profile as 'a revolution'. People are convinced - and of course that was also our goal - that twice as many frames can now be assembled in the same amount of time."

"All this obviously relates to the future with regard to passive living. We were able to achieve this by conducting a good market research among our partners. The existing window frame is used as a set frame."
According to the twosome from Kufa Window Systems, one of the partners, Power To Create Europe BV  in cooperation with Dokkum-based construction group Dijkstra Draisma, commissioned three pilot projects for this RenoS9000 across 53 homes in August of this year.  "And, we are content with that!"  To govern, by the way, is to foresee. The two are confident of future success. "Our machinery is adapted to this production," they say.
By the way, the two emphasize that this version is not the end station. "Innovation is in our genes; we are always developing. Unabated. If we design and if we receive backlash, or if people say to us 'that's not possible,' that is extra motivating for us to persevere precisely. With those critiques, we can improve. In addition, we have been in the business so long that we definitely have a feeling for what can work and how to create success. Moreover, we dare to play visually. The  RenoS9000 for 2020 is the visible result of that."

So to be continued!
