Met het nieuwe heroal D 72 PF EM vleugelprofiel kunnen dankzij een geoptimaliseerde constructie, werkstappen en materiaal bij de deurvervaardiging worden uitgespaard en doorlooptijden in de werkplaats tot 20% worden verkort. Het verwerkingsproces wordt zo niet alleen aanzienlijk vereenvoudigd, maar ook bijzonder efficiënt, zonder afstand te doen van de doordachte systeemlogica van het heroal D 72 deursysteem. Als bijzonder economische oplossing is heroal D 72 PF EM met zijn uitrustings- en vormgevingsopties hierbij precies afgestemd op de eisen van de voordeurenmarkt.
Het gevestigde heroal D 72 huis- en projectdeursysteem biedt uitstekende designdiversiteit in combinatie met de beste prestatiekenmerken. Met het nieuw vleugelprofiel heroal D 72 PF EM wordt een extra optie voor de deurvervaardiging geboden, die een bijzonder snelle en economische verwerking met minder uitrustings- en vormgevingsopties mogelijk maakt.
De profielgeometrie inclusief vaste binnenaanslag zonder glaslat (PF = ‘Panel Fixed’) is ontworpen voor een gestandaardiseerde deurvullingsdikte. Deze en andere constructieve oplossingen zorgen voor een eenvoudigere en efficiëntere vervaardiging en montage (EM = ‘Easy Mount’) zonder af te moeten zien van de doordachte systeemlogica van het heroal D 72 deursysteem. Zo wordt de verwerkingstijd van het gehele systeem verkort en de montage – ook op de bouwplaats – vereenvoudigd, omdat verwerkingsstappen komen te vervallen. Ook het benodigde gereedschap verschilt niet van het heroal D 72 systeem, zodat geen extra investering nodig is.
The new insulating joint geometry of the heroal D 72 PF EM sash profile works warp-retarding without additional processing. This eliminates the usual work on the thermal break with sliding springs, making processing easier, faster and safer. Here, the insulation profile serves as the outer profile shell and as a holder for the demountable door filling.
Compared to full panel bonding with 2-component adhesive, the demountable fastening of the infill is not only the most efficient and most accurate type of panel assembly, it is now even faster and simpler: no prior machining of the profile is required for fastening. Instead of the familiar mechanical locking pins, a circumferential clip profile ensures the connection of the door filling to the sash profile. Applying the sealing cord is also no longer necessary.
Because the door leaf profile does not require glazing beads, processing is particularly quick and easy: the leaf profile with fixed inside stop is designed for a standard door infill thickness of 48 mm. Additional processing of the door infill is not required.
The vulcanized molded corners connect the door seal to the new rebate insulation of the hardware, eliminating the need to use conventional sealing wedges. This eliminates extensive work steps and material use is reduced. The new rebate insulation is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and allows optimal sealing to the outside of the door filling.
Because the sash profile is behind the stop, the outer shadow joint is omitted and no gap widths need to be maintained on the outside. For the inside, a flat, flush or overlapping sash can be used. With the overlay profile, the shadow gap is eliminated both inside and outside.
Passend bij de eenvoudige en efficiënte assemblage van het heroal D 72 PF EM vleugelprofiel kan voor de deursluiting naast de klassieke tussengeschroefde dorpeloplossing de nieuwe tweedelige doorlopende dorpeloplossing worden gebruikt. Deze combineert de voordelen van de doorlopende, onder het kozijn lopende dorpel met de voordelen van de opliggende dorpel van de tussengeschroefde oplossing. Bovendien worden de profielen alleen geklikt. Op die manier kunnen de verwerkingstijden worden geoptimaliseerd en flexibel worden aangepast aan de ordersituatie en de specificaties van de klant.
