The "invisible" door has been a major trend in interior design for several years. This applies to houses, apartments, offices, healthcare facilities, public buildings, ..., but also in hotels, restaurants, bars and other similar applications, architects and building owners are increasingly opting for doors, which completely blend into the wall and thus do not appear to be there. With the "Hospitality Door," Xinnix offers an ideal solution, which can be perfectly tailored to the needs and often stringent requirements of such projects.
As a specialist, Xinnix has been designing, creating and manufacturing patented door systems for years, which are completely flush with the wall, with no frames, hinges or other unevenness visible.
To do so, they use pre-painted aluminum frames that are mounted in the wall. They come standard with 3D independently adjustable hinges and can be combined with home automation, access control, built-in door closers and various types of locks.
These systems are used in homes, apartments and offices, but are also ideally suited for integration in hospitals, schools, public buildings, cultural centers and many other buildings.

"With our new 'hospitality door' we offer door systems that are perfectly tailored to the requirements and needs of hotels, restaurants, bars, .... With every project, we end up starting from a white sheet with only the dimensions and descriptions laid down in the specifications by the architect," says sales manager Laurens Vermeulen.
"This door system is based on profiles from our X2 series in black (RAL 9005) or white (RAL 9016) for doors with a thickness of 50, 55 or 60 mm and a height of up to 3,500 mm. Depending on the dimensions and weight, we determine which hinges should be integrated. For applications where a special wall finish is chosen, we can even include customized hinges.
After all, there are quite a few different finishes possible, for example, plaster and drywall, laminate, veneer, tile, stone, marble, glass, mirror, .... The customer says there what he specifically wants and at Xinnix we look at what the possibilities are."
This Xinnix hospitality door brings much-needed tranquility to the often long, narrow corridors of hotels or to the interiors of restaurants, bars and similar applications. After all, the walls merge seamlessly into the door surfaces, so the doors with their specific functional properties nevertheless also add aesthetic value to a project.

It is also possible to combine the systems with Xinnix's recessed skirting board type XP50 in the same finish as the walls.
"In such applications, these are actually rarely standard doors. After all, in most cases there are very strict requirements in terms of fire retardation, smoke resistance and/or acoustics. Thanks to our wide range of door panels, however, we can provide a suitable answer to every question," Vermeulen explains.
"These door systems are also available with the most diverse types of locks, such as a multi-point lock, an anti-panic lock or an electric counter plate, ..., as well as with a wide range of recessed door closers or in combination with home automation, a badge reader, a fingerprint scanner or another access control system."
