WILKA presents new lock series 8000 at Polyclose 2022 

At the Polyclose in Ghent, Belgium, WILKA Schließtechnik GmbH is presenting visitors with innovations and developments in the field of locks, cylinders and electronic locking technology. As a special highlight at the trade fair, WILKA is showing the new lock series 8000 - multi-point locks with escape door function. "In addition to the opportunity to finally show WILKA solutions to visitors one-on-one and the opportunity to experience our products for themselves, the long-awaited personal contact and professional exchange of information is a high priority for us," explains Jaap Nuijen, Area Sales Manager Netherlands at WILKA.

Series 8000 - the multi-point locking system with escape door function

With the new series 8000 multipoint locks with escape door function, WILKA completes its range of locks for profile doors with single and multipoint locks for single and double escape doors. The product range includes multi-point locks with key operation and escape door function, series 8600, and the self-locking version with escape door function, series 8700.

Mechanical cylinders

From standard cylinders to cylinders in the customer's own profile or as a locking system, through to high-security cylinders, WILKA has the right solution for every door situation. Highlights here are the SI6 master key system as a conventional/vertical system, or 3VS in the reversible key system. The special key copy protection guarantees the owner that only the desired keys for this system are in circulation. The systems are available in all security levels and are therefore suitable for both the front door of a home and also for complex locking systems of a commercial building.

easyApp electronic access solution

In the area of electronic locking technology, WILKA presents numerous products that meet the various requirements of an electronic access solution. These include electronic cylinders, electronic readers and electronic identification media such as transponders, cards or smartphones. Various software packages, such as easyApp, are available for operating the systems. This smartphone solution is just as suitable for the front door of a single-family home as it is for smaller commercial or office premises.

A simple app for smartphones with the operating systems Android^® and iOS^® can be downloaded by the user from the relevant app store. easyApp cylinders require a programming card as an additional security criterion and to confirm programming via smartphone. A smartphone can manage small systems (up to 25 doors / 250 users) as an administrator and assign access rights individually. The last 1,000 events (access, unauthorized access attempt, programming operations) are documented with date and time in the cylinder and can be recalled via the smartphone.
