Loira door hinges have always been one of the most successful Fapim products for the door industry and have always successfully found their place in the market in their various versions.

Today, the Loira + surface-mounted hinge is characterized by a soft and sophisticated design capable of meeting the most advanced requirements of modern design. Moreover, thanks to advanced know-how, it is able to combine the advantages of old series with greater ease of use.

Loira + is produced from starting from extruded aluminum profiles. The Loira+ is anodizable and available in all types of finishes. It is certified to CE standard EN 1935: 02 at 160 kg and tested for 10,000,000 cycles both in the two-piece and three-piece versions.

In addition, the rotation and adjustment components of the Loira + hinge have been studied to ensure maximum security, even when used on outward opening doors. The hinge is certified against burglary according to the ENV 1627 SKG standard. In all its versions, the Loira + guarantees the greatest flexibility thanks to its adjustment options that are horizontal and vertical. The adjustments are independent of each other and can be carried out with the door closed and by a single operator.

Loira + can be used with different fastening kits suitable both for cold profiles and profiles with thermal breaks. Consider the special self-tapping screws, also available in stainless steel, which do not require a fixing plate, but allow much faster assembly than with traditional fixing.

For the door industry, Fapim also offers a wide range of solutions. Especially when it comes to clamp hinges, the Monza is the high-end. A hinge with an elegant line, whose design meets sophisticated design requirements and is available in different models for the most common profile systems.

The Monza hinge guarantees high CE-certified performance and is equipped with a three-dimensional adjustment system. The patented stepless horizontal adjustment, performed with the door closed, does not affect the aesthetics of the hinge since the two bodies remain perfectly aligned after adjustment. In the second part of 2020, the three-piece version with higher load capacity will become available.

Fapim's latest innovation for the door industry is the Monaco cylindrical hinge, designed for heavier doors intended for the northern European market. It was presented in Paris, during the last Batimat trade fair.
