More individuality and design freedom
The demand for high-quality cubic terrace roofs with movable aluminum slats, a movable sunshade or a glass surface remains unbroken - especially in the premium segment. At the same time, the demand for individual equipment requirements is also increasing. To meet these demands, Warema is expanding the portfolio of accessories and equipment for the Lamaxa roof systems with even more installation options. The versatile sliding frames provide even more design variety, individuality and comfort for outdoor applications.
The fully optimized slat frame portfolio combines effective protection from view, sunlight and bad weather and offers numerous innovations. In addition to the rigid versions, sashes with rotatable slat panels are now also available. These consist of two separately adjustable zones per sash and thus enable a finely tuned interplay of light and shade as well as openness and privacy. The technology has also been consistently further developed. A barrier-free floor track impresses with a reduced threshold height of only 15 millimeters. Self-regulating glides automatically compensate for floor slopes, making installation easier. Further optimizations such as assembly-friendly running rails, edge bolts for position locking, an optional carriage function and stop buffers for cushioned closing ensure noticeably more comfortable operation. Sliding frames with sash widths of up to 1,600 millimeters and heights of up to 3,100 millimeters can be realized - ideal even for large-format installations.
In terms of design, the sliding frames also offer further options. For example, through the luxury design decors for aluminum slats: in six authentic wood and rust looks, they combine natural appearance with high functionality. The surfaces are designed for long life, easy to maintain and UV- and weather-resistant. For additional design freedom, the sliding frames are also available in RAL and DB colors from the Warema color world, depending on customer requirements, as well as in a deluxe version made of genuine ash thermowood - a natural material that is particularly resistant due to heat treatment, for long-term outdoor use.
The vertical glass elements create a balanced interplay of transparency and privacy. High-quality materials, precisely moving mechanisms and thoughtful details ensure a thoughtful and comfortable outdoor experience. A highlight is the framed version with aluminum profiles and a high-quality brush-in roll curtain, which not only impresses visually but also effectively protects against drafts and insects. Flexible rail systems with multiple running levels allow individual opening scenarios tailored to architecture and use. The side wall connection profile ensures precise connections to walls and offers versatile locking variants. An optional anti-lift guard is available for wind-exposed pitches. Another option: safety glass with heat soak test to minimize the risk of spontaneous breakage, especially for larger installation heights and roof terraces.
The new sliding frames and further expanded glass sliding system make Warema's Lamaxa roof systems even more versatile, comfortable and individual. The combination of high-quality materials, precisely moving mechanisms and extensive design options offers planners, trade partners and users numerous options for moving living space outdoors - functionally, aesthetically and at a premium level.
