Strategic partnership between the Swerts and De Neef families

Vic Swerts' family holding company announces another sustainable investment. The holding company takes a strategic stake in De Neef Chemical Processing (DNCP), the leading market player in the Benelux in the field of purification and recovery of organic raw materials.

"It's a waste to waste your waste ". It is the motto with which De Neef Chemical Processing focuses on the purification and revalorization of organic solvents and specialty chemicals from the chemical and pharmaceutical industries at its company sites in Kallo and Heist-Op-Den-Berg. This led to a world first in the pharmaceutical sector, namely reuse in medicines, in collaboration with Janssen Pharmaceutica. Circular economy at its best.

The De Neef and Swerts families are entering into a partnership with the goal of further professionalizing and expanding DNCP both nationally and internationally.
