The SIEGENIA GROUP classifies participation in the FENSTERBAU 2022 as too high a risk and cancels. Management now shared that. "As a leading international trade fair, the FENSTERBAU is of great importance for our company. It is and will remain an important platform for the presentation of product innovations and the personal dialogue with customers and interested parties. However, the uncertain global situation regarding the corona pandemic and the lightning-fast spread of a further virus variant do not allow a well-planned participation for visitors and exhibitors," explains Wieland Frank, managing director and managing partner of SIEGENIA.
"The health risk associated with trade show participation for employees and trade show visitors is, in our opinion, barely assessable at this time. The various hygiene and vaccination/testing regulations do not change this either. As exhibitors, we bear a great responsibility here and it is very important for us to deal with this appropriately. Also the possibility of personal exchange - for us a decisive factor for the business success of a trade fair - is something we currently take for granted only to a limited extent. The questions that reach us daily from our customers at home and abroad clearly reflect these concerns. At this precise moment, we must realistically assume that this risk cannot be safely controlled in the context of the fair!" reports Wieland Frank. SIEGENIA is open to, in case of a new date of the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE to consult again with the fair in Nuremberg. SIEGENIA expects to participate in the fair again in 2024 and looks forward to building on the previous successes of the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE.
However, to remain in dialogue with its customers about this and visible in the industry, of this SIEGENIA is convinced. "We have a lot to show and are also launching a fascinating communication tool," Wieland Frank and Guy Muller, Department Head of Markets and Customers, are fully convinced of this.
