Creative with aluminum profiles

This aluminum facade cladding is based on a basic profile and horizontal or vertical finishing profiles in different designs. Thanks to four vertical profile variants - narrow, wide, deep or open - and one horizontal profile, architects and facade builders are given wide creative freedom of movement. DW233, the only horizontal profile, has a depth of 20 mm and a height of 60 mm. It is distinguished by a sloping top, which prevents water from remaining on the profiles. 

For vertical mounting, Aliplast offers different finishing profiles. DW230 and DW231 have the same width of 30 mm, but a different depth of 20 and 40 mm, respectively. The deeper the profile, the more pronounced the shadow and line pattern. With DW240, the profile width of 90 cm creates a more subtle interplay of lines, which is why the manufacturer recommends this type especially for larger areas. 

Finally, the DW232 is a U-profile, whose open space can be filled in as desired with lighting, for example. These profiles are available in all Aliplast colors, including the new architectural rust color RUST-TC. Moreover, it is possible to have the base profile painted in one color and the finishing profiles in a different color. 

Doors and garage doors can also be clad with Deco Wall, and with the help of a custom base profile, one can make the
system even in front of windows, preventing direct views. This creates a uniform and contemporary facade appearance.

Eye for assembly, durability and low maintenance

In addition to the creative freedom, the simple installation is particularly striking. Thanks to an ingenious click system, the finishing profiles can simply be attached to a base profile or to corner, end or transition profiles. 

The profiles guarantee a flawless 90° angle finish, but deviating angles are also possible. These are tailor-made at Aliplast in production. Deco Wall is also durable and maintenance-friendly. The profiles are Cradle-to-Cradle certified, which means they are suitable for the circular economy and have a positive impact on people and the environment. 

They also meet various durability measures. In addition, the powder coating with Qualicoat Seaside certification ensures a good protective layer and preservation of the color even in extreme conditions. As a manufacturer, this allows Aliplast to provide a 25-year paint warranty on a wide selection of colors.
