New universal window handle and counter espagnolette

Customers had nothing to complain about the assortment anyway. Yet at Themans Hang- en Sluitwerk they always look for possibilities to serve the customer even better. Reason for director Bert van Lieshout to add the S2 universal window handle and the S2 CET38 contra-espagnolette to the product pallet.

We speak to Van Lieshout about this choice: "With the new S2 universal window handle, we offer a complete solution for turn-tilt, tilt-turn and tilt-up windows. You can basically operate any window situation with it. The handle is slim, slender and minimalist in design and looks great in any interior; it suits every living style."

By default, this window handle comes in an aluminum finish, but it can also be powder coated in any color.

Ease of assembly is just as important

Of course design is important because it has to appeal to the end user.
However, Themans also thinks about the processor. Van Lieshout explains, "We paid attention to the method of assembly, which has never been easier. With the choice of a non-lockable variant and a variant with a key -the latter is SKG** approved- there will never be a miss. The S2 universal window handle with lock complies with the PKVW."

The S2 universal window handle can be applied to left- and right-handed windows, in both the non-lockable and lockable versions. "One can choose from various handle pin lengths," continues Van Lieshout. "The handle can be applied for both inward-turning and outward-turning windows. The slender design of the handle gives enough space to effortlessly grip; even if there is a frame post nearby. We are talking about a universally applicable window handle that is light to operate and also extra safe."

About the finish, Van Lieshout says: "As standard, this window handle comes in an aluminum finish, but it can also be powder-coated in any color. This makes everything even more attractive to end users who pay attention to every detail of their interiors."

New counter espagnolette offers benefits to processor and end user

With the addition of the new S2 CET38 counter espagnolette, Themans once again manages to win the hearts of both the carpentry manufacturer and the end user. "A completely new locking frame, stylishly designed and burglar-resistant. That is only one part of the good news; this locking strip is also a breath of fresh air in use. For the processor, working with the S2 CET38 means that only one narrow recess needs to be milled. The closing strip can easily be shortened to any desired height. All in all, this saves the processor a lot of time. In turn, the end user enjoys an attractive appearance and simple operation. With one operation, both the lintel and the lower lintel can be opened or locked. Operation is light and smooth."

The S2 CET38 is well suited for application in wooden door sets. "Our S2 cylinder- and crank-operated multi-point latches perfectly complement the S2 CET38.
