There is a suitable machine tool for every application, but for most manufacturing companies it is not easy to find the right tree in the forest. That's when the advice and guidance of an experienced partner comes in handy. Viva Machines has a strong reputation in the machinery industry and has been distributing aluminum and plastic machine tools, automation, robotics and software packages from carefully selected brands for more than 25 years. Quality of machines and service come first there. At Polyclose, the distributor is highlighting some firsts from machine builders Tekna and Graf Synergy.
The range of West Flanders distributor Viva Machines includes not only machines for processing PVC and alu profiles but also solutions for automatic warehousing and final assembly, stacking machines, packaging machines, special woodworking machines, finishing systems, CNC-controlled drilling machines, 5-axis machining centers, sawing machines and corpus presses.
"We prefer open and transparent communication with our customers. In doing so, we can count on the experience and know-how of our suppliers. We only work together with A-brands, each of which are specialists in their own field. At Polyclose, we especially put our profile processing machines in the spotlight," says co-owner and sales manager Kevin Six.
"Unlike many other distributors, we offer customers solutions for machining aluminum or plastic. We are unpacking a new 5-axis CNC-controlled machine tool and a CNC-controlled double-head reinforcing saw from Tekna for aluminum. In addition, we will show Graf Synergy's revolutionary systems for welding PVC window elements without any post-processing."
Tekna has been a renowned brand in the field of aluminum machine tools for almost 60 years. The Italian manufacturer has been one of the pioneers in the development and production of CNC machining centers and continues to invest in innovative systems, always adapting to market needs. Tekna is not just another supplier, but a true partner that works with the distributor and the customer to find the most suitable solution for each application.
"With the Tekna TKE 553, Viva Machines is showing at Polyclose a fully CNC-controlled 2-head sawing machine with a working area of 6,000 millimeters, equipped with a 550-millimeter diameter saw blade. Head movement and tilting - 45° inward and 15° outward - are fully automatic. A unique system with horizontal and vertical clamps secures each workpiece 100 percent precisely. This machine comes with a conveyor for chip removal," explains the sales manager.
"The Tekna TKE 955 is the latest 5-axis CNC-controlled machining center in the range with a working area of 7,000 millimeters, equipped as standard with 10 double clamps and an automatic clamp displacement via a separate axis. This system is characterized by a dual-drive gantry structure and is combined with a 12-position tool magazine with a separate position for the saw blade, and the CAMPLUS 3D graphics software."
Viva Machines has not only earned its stripes in aluminum machining, but also offers solutions for the plastics sector. For many years they have been distributing the PVC range of the Italian manufacturer Graf Synergy: sawing and milling centers, angle torque machines, automatic fittings tables and welding machines.
"Also during this edition of Polyclose we are once again unpacking some innovative systems from our partner. The revolutionary 4-head welding machine SL4FF EVO is the showpiece in the range. This system allows you to weld without a weld seam, for an exceptional level of finish without post-processing on both the inside and outside. So there is no need for touch-ups or weld bead removal. So you save a huge amount of time. Thanks to advanced software, the machine also automatically catches tolerances in length, width, height and cutting angle without operator intervention," concludes Kevin Six.
"In addition, we present the SL2FF EVO, a 2-head version of this welding machine and a 6-head version, which also allows seamless welding of intermediate posts."
