Complete door statements and installation drawings

EntriWorX provides two convenient planning tools for designing parties, which ensure safe and controlled access as well as optimal escape route protection from an early stage. 

Van der Burg: "As early as the design and planning phase, we upload the architect's BIM model into the EntriWorX Planner. Then our software automatically and directly generates a door list from the model. To this - based on our expert knowledge - we can easily link our functional hardware. Of course, this complies fully with the applicable standards and building regulations. For complicated doors with automatic access and escape route systems, a second planning tool also directly generates all the necessary wiring diagrams for the electrical installer and electrical wholesaler. Because EntriWorX is an open platform, data can be exchanged quickly, completely and without errors. All authorized chain partners have continuous access to up-to-date information."

Easy installation and commissioning

After the planning phase, data from the EntriWorX Planner can be easily retrieved in the EntriWorX Setup app for smartphone and tablet, which also simplifies the installation and commissioning of the planned door solutions, Van der Burg said. 

"Installation parties have instant access to building plans, parts lists and installation drawings. This makes it immediately clear which components need to be installed where. But also how the cabling should run and how things should be connected." 

If doors are to be linked to the building management system, this also involves a hardware component. 

"Thanks to the use of the intelligent two-wire EntriWorX Unit, installers can save as much as 50-70% on their cabling! And the EntriWorX Setup app also helps here. Indeed, using the app, the installer can set up the door step by step as conceived in advance."

Managing with foresight

Where many people go in and out, contingencies occur. Building managers/facility managers need to be able to act quickly and need elaborated performance information. For this purpose, dormkaba offers the digital tools of EntriWorX Insights.
