New software solutions

The software specialists at Klaes work daily on new solutions that can help customers further optimize their processes. A good example is the introduction of Klaes Montageplanung, Klaes zeit and Klaes cRM Solution. 

- The intuitive Klaes Montageplanung ensures efficient coupling of the
assembly planning with the orders. Thanks to a simple entry system, orders and production resources are
systematically scheduled, and information important for further processing follows quickly and reliably.

- The web application Klaes zeit has everything to do with time recording: from recording arrivals and departures to time scheduling of orders. This information can be accessed on smartphone, tablet, PC, scanner and terminal. With this software solution, you can also evaluate the operation, for example using 'heatmaps', or visualize the leave calendar of the entire team.

- Klaes cRM Solution, finally, is a highly integrated sales management solution, where data can be easily entered through a standardized way of working. A predefined bi-directional data flow significantly reduces the demand for individualization of this tool, even though it remains possible.

Optimization of existing products

With its software solutions, Klaes strives to organize the various business processes as optimally as possible. This is a requirement for new solutions, but also for the existing products, which are continuously further optimized by the specialists. 

- Alu plus was developed for aluminum window manufacturers who want to map their entire workflow in one software along with all other material types. The new database is even more deeply integrated into the current versions of the software programs for window production premium, professional, vario and trade and thus meets the special technical and organizational requirements of this material type.

- Originally 'only' for facades and conservatories, Klaes 3D is now also used to efficiently design, calculate and produce freestanding pergolas, patio covers, awnings, dormers, all-glass sliding systems, balustrades or even fencing. The linked augmented reality app for a "lifelike" live presentation on tablet or smartphone was consistently further developed. The latest version of the app will be presented at the BAU trade fair. These include adjusting construction dimensions directly in the app, supplementing project-specific constructions with a type catalog and adding substructure elements in the app. 

- The Klaes webshop (for end customers) and webtrade (for distributors) form the digital bridge between the local Klaes software to prospects, customers and also employees. To enable the necessary dynamics in data processing, for example, the preparation and delivery of data was significantly simplified.

- The intelligent Klaes DMS Integration enables the easy and quick access to archived documents and emails because they are automatically filtered in advance based on customer and project. All tasks requiring external or internal information are thus performed faster, more securely and more easily.
