Professionals are increasingly confronted with incomplete or missing documentation when it comes to insulation improvements in homes. This leads to delays or reassessments, with consequences for sales, rentals, or completions. According to Helen Visser of the Dutch Homeowners' Association, the burden of proof surrounding insulation improvements is a growing bottleneck: “The energy label is definitely more important than it used to be, but people don't really know how to demonstrate how energy efficient their home is.”
The GND warranty label offers a reliable and demonstrable evidence. The label shows, among other things, the insulation class of the door, which allows EP advisors to determine more accurately and quickly what energy label a home actually has.
