German innovations at Polyclose 2020

Those going to Polyclose in search of great novelties are in for a treat. At ONLEVEL GmbH's booth, visitors will be treated to some great developments. "You can literally light up your light there," says Erwin Stegenga, account manager at ONLEVEL with a smile.

Stegenga is referring to one of the novelties presented at the booth, namely "Lazortrack. "We are talking about an ingenious LED system for under stair railings and ballustrades. In addition to a high aesthetic value, this system provides safety. You can see where you are walking, even if there is no light on in the room. Lazortrack is energy-efficient, low-maintenance and can be switched in every conceivable light color."

Seamless integration of transformer and LED strip

Stegenga continues his story, "ONLEVEL wouldn't be ONLEVEL if the installation of Lazortrack wasn't super simple. A transformer is concealed in the Lazortrack profile per 20 meters. The LED strip runs uninterrupted through a channel extruded for that purpose and casts a continuous light downward. This means that you do not see any light points, but one long strip of uniform lighting. The LED strip can be shortened to any length."

Lazortrack as a profile measures 50 mm x 120 mm and comes in lengths of 2500 and 5000 mm. Of course, ONLEVEL has also thought of matching corner pieces. "Standard aluminum optics or a RAL color of your choice can be chosen," says Stegenga.

French balcony now also with front mounting

The overwhelming success of the French ball landing Skyforce has yet another fine extension. This time in the form of Skyforce Slim, which allows the elegant fall protection to be installed with front mounting.
Stegenga reveals another piece of news regarding Skyforce: "Skyforce now has SKG-IKOB certification. We see that as a crowning achievement. Skyforce has been tested for impact loads according to NEN-EN 1991-1-1+C1/NB:2011. The tests were done with mounting on both aluminum and plastic profile. These tests showed that Skyforce can withstand an impact load of 500 Joule of kinetic energy."
